Waited for over 5 minutes for the workers, all three crouched down behind counter under at the drive through window area, to notice me. Was incredibly displeased with the horrid wait time and lack of attention to job performance. The coffee ordered was a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte. I received a Regular Vanilla Latte. Normally this would not be an issue for the average customer. For me it was, I'm diabetic and this beverage caused a very noticable spike in glucose level.

These three young girls were to busy talking among themselves to notice us standing at the cash register and take our order in a timely manner. Took us 20 minutes to be served our 1 cup of coffee while waiting at the counter. We wont be going back and recommend if you order coffee here, go through the drive-thru.

The lights have been broken for months, I feel nauseated every time I walk in. The temperature in the building is also kept strangely high in the summer. Please fix this, I feel it makes everyone uncomfortable.

Scooters is always bad service. The current manager is awful and actually threw a phone while I was in the store! It was scary and unprofessional. I hope the workers there are okay.
