Stopped by the Taco Bell on S Main St in Maryville, MO for a quick drive-thru run recently. I realized last minute that I wanted to switch part of my order (changed a couple items after paying), and the lady at the window handled it without any hassle at all – super polite, quick fix, and even double-checked everything with a smile (you could hear it through the speaker!). Food was fresh and exactly what we ordered – hot, tasty classics that hit the spot. Drive-thru moved fast, even though it was busy.

Decided to dine in the lobby and ended up waiting for my food for 20 minutes and then when I asked how much longer they said, they had to serve everybody that was in the drive-thru before serving people who chose to dine in their lobby!! I had already waited 20 minutes when she said I had to wait for three more cars!! I find it ridiculous that the patrons outside of the restaurant get served first!?!?! We have seen numerous times the workers not wearing gloves and working in complete and utter filth so we decided today that our trip to that particular Taco Bell was our last one!!! Instead of eating in the lobby like we had planned, we left with our food after a half hour wait!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Prioritizing the drive through over everyone else. Waited over an hour just to receive our order which included a Baja freeze that was no longer a freeze.

Food is ok. Can't get anyone to take your order at the counter tho. They want you to use the machine then you have to wait 10 minutes for someone to take your cash. May have to go somewhere else where people have time to interact with customers. Takes forever to get food sometimes as well.

Wife and I decided to do fast food tonight since I got off late and didn’t have time to cook dinner. We pulled in to the drive thru, told them we would need just a second. We looked for 10-15 seconds and they asked if we needed help picking anything, we told them no thanks. A few seconds later they recommended an item, told them no thanks and ordered what we wanted. Felt slightly rushed but no big deal. There was no one behind us. Paid for our meal at the window and left. When we got home, we opened our wrappers and there was almost nothing in between the shells of the items we opened. I was actually appalled and almost considered driving the 15 minutes back to ask them if it was an accident. Decided I would deal with it. Then I opened my next taco and when I went to pick it up, it was so soggy, the little bit of lettuce, cheese, and “ground beef” fell through and split the taco in half. I don’t ever expect anything grand from a fast food place but for $17, I would’ve appreciated something more than a soggy flavored taco shell. Photos show the little bit of slop we received.

Is there an option to leave ZERO stars? I was door dashing to this location and my order was 30 MINUTES LATE the employees were nothing but rude and hateful. Also employees were talking clear as day about me being upset the order was 30 mins late. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND MARYVILLE TACO BELL.
