Renovated from an old Dairy Queen. The interior is pleasant. But slow service, place is run by kids. No adults to be found.

This place is absolutely horrible. The stole money from a friend of mine so watch using your debit/credit card there. Owners and staff Are a joke and are incredibly rude. I wouldn't even give this place one star but I need to leave a review so DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME IN THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS

The customer service was great! They were very friendly too. There was a new person working and didn't type in my order right and they remade my order when I inquired :/which I didn't expect and didn't need done but they went above and beyond to make it right. The portions were hefty and delicious although I didn't realize the subs are toasted..I just wanted a cold sub and wish that was asked beforehand of my choice. Overall it was great!
When did Dagwood's Dream become a nightmare? When I got home & found my sub was covered with lettuce after I specifically asked them to leave it off. Arrggghh. Knowing iceberg is one of the most bacteria-laden and nasty "vegetables" one can have on a sandwich, I always order mine without it; yet 90% of sub shops put it on anyway - especially that "Subpar" place. After I scraped the nasty lettuce off, hoping it hadn't contaminated the rest of the toppings, the Dagwood's Dream was delicious. Bread is good, staff were friendly, and bathrooms were clean so I'll give Planet Sub another chance.

So first of all the food was amazing so 5 stars there. Wait was not long at all and the staff was amazing. The lady working, steph I believe, was friendly and entertaining and suggested my girlfriend try the superhero which she loved. I had the experience and will definitely be back. Planet Sub beats any other sub place.

The people who are saying this place is good have obviously never been to the Planet Sub in Bourbon Missouri. Compared to them, this place is extremely unprofessional and the food quality is poor. I ordered a roast beef and the cashier had no idea what Au Jus was but assured me they didn't have any. Who serves a roast beef without Au Jus? 2 stars because the food reminded me of how good the Bourbon Planet Sub is.
