Snow Factory Roll Ice Cream & Boba

Made a special trip all the way up here. An hour away. To find out they're out of ice cream. How does an ice cream place run out ice cream?

Lazy teenagers playing around in the back while customers waited in line for 20 minutes. Then came out to tell everyone that they are not open. It is 1:22p and Google states that they are open. Stop hiring trash.

Giving this place a 1 star rating is being generous. Went to the South County Mall location. Will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. Ordered one Pina colada, and one rolled ice cream. There was two people in front of our order. We sat and watched 4 orders after us get their order and leave. When I ask why we are waiting 30+ minutes for an order that should take 10-15 minutes at the longest. Was told not to tell the person how to do her job by the person working the store. Only was aware of one female working. To my surprise there was one other female in the back. She came out to inform me she didn't like my attitude. I then ask for a refund. Was given a refund and told never to come back. And trust me that is not an issue. Very poor service, very rude employees.

I waited a half an hour for one drink and rolled ice cream. I was oh kay on waiting because there was only one worker, or so I thought. But when four orders got out before mine did, I got a very big attitude from the worker Because I asked where my order was. I will never go back there ever again, nor will I be recommending that place to anybody.

Went to south county location-said it was open but no one there to take order. Waited 10 minutes. Very disappointed m. 10/17/22 @ 2:15pm

My rolled icecream was super tasty and the place was super busy but the worker held it together like a boss ❤️

Kid-friendliness: My son was able to order his own icecream and they treated him with respect and answered his questions about how the icecream was made

I can't call management because they left a fake phone number on reciept. The service was inappropriate. The wrong payment was put onto the receipt and they tried to claim they didn't owe me any change. After explaining to them that I handed them a 20 and how I needed 12$ in change, I was given the correct amount.The same situation happened to my friends and the people after us. Not only that, but they didn't give my friend the correct icecream she ordered. Highly disappointed.

The person at the counter was very helpful and the company wants to please. I hope that they get more flavor possibilities.

It was rough. I never write reviews but man this was bad. I waited 20 minutes for my ice cream only to see them give it to someone else. Ended up just leaving without my ice cream.

Got a non alcoholic Pina colada that was great, it was also fun to watch the ice cream being prepared

Prices are pretty decent you get a lot for your money the ice cream was great and the lady behind the counter was very helpful

Me and my friends went here for boba and it was mainly ice, no real drink, and all the boba stuck together so it wasnt able to be finished. go to qtea instead ??

My children and I love this place!!!! The number 13--Dark Humor is my favorite. Can't early go wrong with any of their 40 plus selections. It's a must try.
