I ordered a mobile order for a birthday cake for my daughter from this Mexico location and the customer service was awful. The girls at the window always have an attitude, they are always messing up the orders--wrong count on items, old fries, unable to take simple instructions on modifications, etc--and now tonight managers not honoring their word on a refund and instead were disrespectful and refused to resolve the issue. I will be banning DQ for good, since these issues have been ongoing here for two years that I've dealt with them.
Not sure but every time we go by, it shows open till 10 pm, but even at 8:30 pm they always say they can’t do any ice cream treats. What else can we get started for you they say though. So it would be nice if you stop serving ice cream at a certain hour make it known. It’s that or we are unlucky and the machine is always broken when we go.
