It is now weeks later and I am still waiting to have the $40 that was mysteriously debited against my card returned. I now consider that an expensive lesson in where I should never go.

Nice staff , you can see that the hotel is old and looking out your room window it has entire court yard filled with trash and junk. Spilled water on floor and wiped up with towel that turned black. Charged me 40 extra for two dogs for one night which was absolutely ridiculous. Paid 140 for the night when this hotel should be at the 59.99 a night charge , complimentary breakfast was not even worth it . Only thing nice about the place was the staff. Would never stay here again. Very sad that the pictures on internet make it seem like very nice place. Those pictures must have been taken when they bought the place.

The room was ok but we had some issues. One of the beds had crumbs and hair under the blanket and there was a huge stain on the pillow case. The let out couch is cheap and needs to be thrown out. The prop stand would not support the weight of the let out portion. We couldn't even lock our door completely. The door plate needs to be modified so that the latch could slide all the way out. There wasn't any extra blankets or sheets for the let out couch so we had to go to the front desk to get some. They didn't have any extra blankets but i was given some sheets. In the master bedroom, one of the sockets was inaccessible as it was behind the bed. The shower is small and I couldn't adjust the shower head. Fix that. The toilet is right up against the vanity so I couldn't even properly sit on it. Lastly. You people have the audacity to screw the iron housing onto the ironing board with an anti-theft tether attached to the iron. Forget about ironing pants on this board. There isn't much room. Lastly, the hotel has no vending machines which is a major inconvenience but they do sell beverages from behind the front counter. Needless to say, I won't be returning here nor will I be recommending this hotel to anyone. I hope this feedback helps others in the future have a better stay than we did. Good luck!

Chantelle is an amazing person. She has a fun personality and she saw that my dad was a senior and changed our room from the second floor to the first. She injured her knee and was still providing support to customers.

Rooms: The rooms are nice

Chantelle made this experience her personal mission: while your computer system couldn't find my loyalty account nor send messages to my email, she made the system work. She put forth more effort and interest into our stay than any other employee we have met in many years.

Rooms: Having our 16 year old granddaughter with us, a suite was needed. Chantelle found one perfect for our needs.

We've stayed at this motel several times and haven't been disappointed yet. The rooms are great with bedroom and sitting room separated. Which makes it nice if one person wants to go to bed and the other wants to watch TV. Great stay and we will be back ?

This hotel has seen better days. The rooms near reception are spacious but outdated, with old furnishings and evidence of doors being built over. The air conditioning in my room had a noticeable odor, which detracted from an otherwise clean space. While the hotel has potential, it desperately needs investment to improve both the exterior and interior to meet a decent standard. If you're seeking comfort and modern amenities, this might not be the best choice until renovations are made.

Rooms: Clean room , clean sheets and towels, but the AC smelled terrible

The appearance of hotel is worn out and needs yard maintenance too.The receptionist was very nice.

Rooms: Awful awful..Bed was hard, sheets weren't clean smelled dirty, refrigerator barely got 2 can drinks cold, walls are not soundproof and the walking from upstair room was loud. The only positive was it was spacious

Food and drinks: No vending machine.Had to purchase a drink from behind counter.
