They are very slow. Went thru drive thru they waited on two cars after asking if I was using mobile app. I said no and started to ask a question never answered or took order. So I went to Burger King got better service.

I placed a curbside order through the app and waited 15 minutes with absolutely no service. Frustrated, I went inside, only to discover my order had been sitting there the entire time because no one bothered to bring it out. When I finally opened it, the food was cold. This is completely unacceptable. Offering curbside pickup means nothing if your staff can’t be bothered to honor it. It’s clear that unless you go through the drive-thru, your order doesn’t matter at all. I am extremely disappointed.

I was told I could not bring my service dog into the restaurant and that it was their policy. I even offered to show my license for him and she declined. I have NEVER had this problem nor have I ever had anyone so confrontational and rude. My dog was not causing any disruption, I had told him to sit and he never moved, even as I was being berated by this woman/man. I simply asked for the store number so I could report the incident. No I will never come to this store again for the sheer fact of being mistreated and insulted. I will report to McDonald’s corporate office as well as ADA. AND my coffee was stale even after asking for fresh and I ordered an unseasoned meat patty which had to be remade because they salted and peppered it.

I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and got bored so I wrote this review while sitting here. Everyone was like zombies. No words said just put food through the window when I finally got it. Customer service does not exist here and I don't think they care about the time you sit here at all.

Worst rudest most unprofessional group on the 7:40 pm shift ,couldn't get the money right giving back change. Refused to give another fry even though the big Mac meal comes with fries, drive threw was rude and hateful wouldn't even correct the wrong . Yall drive out of town to get McDonald's do not use miner! Worst service ever !!!!

Showed up at 10:20pm and was in a very long line. Finally got up to the window at 10:42 and no response. We asked if anyone was there and they said they were not accepting any further orders as they were trying to shut down the store. Closing hours are 11:00. Had to wait in line 20 more minutes because we were blocked in by other cars.

Just get a whole new crew at this point, the attitudes and the random charges for stuff I didn’t order. Telling me they had an item then charging me something different and giving it to me.. like come on people.
Drive through orders, over the last year, has been progressively getting worse. Today I ordered, paid and was asked to join line of seven cars waiting for our orders. 15 minutes later my order came out. And, the order was wrong. After I received my correct order, it was missing the dipping sauces. I waited another five minutes and they never brought the sauces. I went inside and the worker who was suppose to bring me the sauces was behind the counter taking another order. She gave me the sauces and I left.
This fast food experience took half an hour! This has become normal for this particular restaurant located in Miner, MO. I have tried to give the store time to get their act together. I'm through with this location and will never return.
