i spent my whole break waiting in line. there was hardly anyone there and when i got out of line there was cars wrapped . waited 20 minutes for cold fries and a big mac that doesn’t even have the right size patty . always so slow . i work at the outlet mall so it is the closet thing but i dread waiting in line for cold food . i recommend going to your mother in laws house and eating her terrible food than come to this mcdonald’s .

Good food, if you can get all of it! After the fifth time straight ordering chicken nuggets and not getting literally any sauce, I just automatically get back in line now and ask for it again. Just remember, if you got sauce, no you didn't, go back and ask for it!

Terrible service morning,day, and night. Generally better workers will be on morning and nights will be lackluster but its all day horrible with this place. Do not stop here there's another McDonald's about 5-10 minutes away

Horrible McDonald’s. The manager was extremely hateful to her staff and guest in the restaurant. The employee asked me how to make a pumpkin spice latte. I don’t work there- how the hell should I know? Waited almost 30 minutes and it still wasn’t right. Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my LIFE YALL

Slow and unfriendly. Waited 30 minutes for our order. Half of the order was wrong, including a drink. Just took what we were given and left. Watched others try to fix their orders before us and realized it would be a waste of time. McD corp should revoke the franchise and close this location
They are very slow. Went thru drive thru they waited on two cars after asking if I was using mobile app. I said no and started to ask a question never answered or took order. So I went to Burger King got better service.

I placed a curbside order through the app and waited 15 minutes with absolutely no service. Frustrated, I went inside, only to discover my order had been sitting there the entire time because no one bothered to bring it out. When I finally opened it, the food was cold. This is completely unacceptable. Offering curbside pickup means nothing if your staff can’t be bothered to honor it. It’s clear that unless you go through the drive-thru, your order doesn’t matter at all. I am extremely disappointed.

I was told I could not bring my service dog into the restaurant and that it was their policy. I even offered to show my license for him and she declined. I have NEVER had this problem nor have I ever had anyone so confrontational and rude. My dog was not causing any disruption, I had told him to sit and he never moved, even as I was being berated by this woman/man. I simply asked for the store number so I could report the incident. No I will never come to this store again for the sheer fact of being mistreated and insulted. I will report to McDonald’s corporate office as well as ADA. AND my coffee was stale even after asking for fresh and I ordered an unseasoned meat patty which had to be remade because they salted and peppered it.
