Saw racism at its finest. Me and 3 other white people came in and placed our order on the kiosk because nobody would acknowledge us at the counter. They just kept walking by avoiding us. We waited about 20 minutes for our meals to come. 3 black men walked in, they tended to them immediately at the counter and got their food right away. Didnt have to wait at all!! Appalling that people act this way. The black men finished eating before one the white men even got his order. Its disgusting.

The drive through was slow with our order, it took 15 minutes to cook fries. I went inside to see where our food was and the lady making it WasOn The Phone!!!! I believe personal calls should not be taken when handling someones food.

Mainly stopped to meet with family because sikeston is the halfway point between where my family and my in laws live.
My drink was so full of ice that I couldn't get my straw half way in the cup.

Went through drive through and all I ordered was a triple cheeseburger with no pickle and add Mac sauce, a med fry, and a sweet tea. I paid and was told to pull around to wait on my order, 5 minutes later they bring it out, thinking maybe they was waiting on fries or something, WRONG! I got my food and not only was the fries Luke warm but they also tasted like theve been redunked in the fryer and soaked up nasty oils, as for my sandwich, it was NOTHING like I asked for they still put pickles on my sandwich even though I asked for no pickle and even the recipe AND the tag on the sandwich itself said no pickle add Mac sauce, there was ZERO Mac sauce on it (I paid 30 extra cents just for the Mac sauce) and they didn't put ketchup at all all I had was a cheese mustard and onion sandwich. Not happy at all because I barley get McDonald's and when I do this is how I get it, won't be back

Needs new staff, ordered French fries for my daughter a couple days ago through drive thru, and the black girl was like well hello so rude, and we told her hold on please. Like if you don't like your job get a new one lol. Bad customer service skills.

The cashier wasn’t rude but wasn’t necessarily friendly either. But our biggest complaints are that the food was TERRIBLE and the restaurant was disgusting and dirty. We bought breakfast sandwiches that were on stale English muffins that had inedibly hard edges. Then our hashbrowns were cold and hard and definitely not fresh (although they had opened 15 minutes prior to our arrival). Secondly, the bathroom was disgusting and dirty and had no toilet paper in the dispensers but instead had rolls laying on the floor and on the back pipes of the toilet. The floor everywhere looked greasy and was even sticky in many places, so much so that my feet kept sticking to the floor. Someone needs to get this place cleaned up.
This place is always messing up peoples order! The ice cream machine is always down. Don’t expect to get any kind of ice cream at all. They make you pull around to the other side and possibly wait and additional 10 mins. Then when they bring the food out they have attitudes
