I was very disappointed with my to-go order experience. I phoned and ordered 2 entrees (tamales and Pollo con queso) along with guacamole. I drove across town to pick up my order. The young woman acting as hostess said "your order us ready," rang it up and presented it for payment. Then she stated "we don't have tamales," I responded that meant my order was, in fact, NOT ready. She replied that it was, indeed, ready because the chicken and guacamole was ready. The bad!!!! I got frozen drinks to go with no straws. The cashier said they were completely out of straws but everyone that was eating in had straws. She should’ve told me ahead of time and I would’ve gotten my drink on the rocks I have to make an extra stop for a straw, I am from out of town and don’t have extra straws just laying around 🫠😩.
Poor service!!!
