Was in over a month ago and was charged for two bottles of water which is around $6 instead of the two free cups of water from fountain. Employees have no idea how to fix this or even switch it out and give us something else to make it even. Left receipt and number and name, no call and when we came back in our name was erased off the white board. Employees that time still have no idea what to do and say manager will be in, in the morning and they will call me so left my name and number again so could be refunded for the two bottles of water, what do ya know still no calls, voicemails or anything. Always like some 13 year olds running and working this place alone and seem to never know how to handle anything that isn’t just a typical work flow sadly. Subway anymore is so overpriced anyway so no good reason to come back especially if employees nor manager care to help us get our money back from two bottles of water we got even after going back in again and leaving number etc again. What a way to run a business

The food and one young lady were both excellent. However, the other employee working today at the Subway on 24 was ridiculous, hateful, and gross. She used her shirt and 1 ungloved to clean the nozzles for the soda among some other things.

Went here after a track meet. They closed in less than an hour, but still gave top tier service and were extremely nice thanks, Avory and Emilie.

The only complaint I have is that they had no ice.....and they charge you $3 for thier bottle drinks. That is why I gave them only 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating

Horrible place. Manager is rude. Sandwich had a long hair in it and all she said was I didn’t mean for that to happen In a rude tone. Disgusting !!!! Don’t eat here. Did offer to make another sandwich but why would I eat it after the last one made me sick!!!! Will never go here again !!

They are always out of cookies and soup! Last couple visits the bread was not good.. everytime I visit there in the evening they have no cookies and will not bake them.

Sign on the door says open till 8 PM, but the doors were locked at 7:45

Ordered food for a working lunch. Every order was wrong and one sandwich had a hair. Called store and let them know and they said it was cooked into the bread and nothing they could do.

Sign says open it was 10 min til 8, they don't close til 8. Pulled in with a truck and trailer, worker said sorry we have already put everything away we are actually closed. Told him to turn off open sign because we wouldn't of pulled in. We left and he still left sign on for other ppl to pull in. What is wrong with this work force???

The people here... They are not aggressive or passive. Perfect balance in their attitudes to get what is needed done... DONE.To say such would be due to the fact that they allowed me to use the restroom knowing my intent was to be a customer... I let them know in a way that I was hoping to be able to reciprocate their kindness regarding the gesture made! That was even before I paid for anything as a customer...The employee at the cashier's counter was the only 1 I could see for a while... To find out that he wasn't the only one there! The other must have been makin g preparations for food(s) or other products to used in the future.Neither to have any form of electronic device in hand unless it would to b a head set to communicate with that other employee for business reasons! If there was such a head set... I didn't consider that at the time.The fact that they let me use the rest room upon request... Without having to be a customer first? They are welcome to be known as better people in my book than I have witnessed in the past or the short to come future.That of which I used a *CREDIT* Card for the purchase... The employee asked if I would like my receipt... I then replied in a way stating that they knew I already paid. Why should I need to worry if they already addressed the issue? They were good people from the start!Quick to exchange good ideas and that of which would have saved my money or credit usage... Or at least made it cheaper to use in value!You have my thanks SUBWAY. May you further your business regarding the people you hire(d) are humble and just in their actions.If it were not so... I wouldn't have made a positive remark.

We walked in and the heat took your breath away. It was like walking into a sauna. We soon realized the air not working, workers sweating and very much questioned the food we got. I did see frost of the containers, but with that heat, there is no way to keep food good. There was only a few bags of pickle chips for kids meals, even tho we paid for kids meals, could not toast bread, no ice. Subway as a company should have had someone there checking on this store. Those poor employees! And not a good dining experience as to what we are used to. I really hope someone that can do something today reads this and helps those employees in that store.
