The food and one young lady were both excellent. However, the other employee working today at the Subway on 24 was ridiculous, hateful, and gross. She used her shirt and 1 ungloved to clean the nozzles for the soda among some other things.
The only complaint I have is that they had no ice.....and they charge you $3 for thier bottle drinks. That is why I gave them only 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating

Was in over a month ago and was charged for two bottles of water which is around $6 instead of the two free cups of water from fountain. Employees have no idea how to fix this or even switch it out and give us something else to make it even. Left receipt and number and name, no call and when we came back in our name was erased off the white board. Employees that time still have no idea what to do and say manager will be in, in the morning and they will call me so left my name...read full review
