Wonderful food and the owners are great people! We had the shrimp wrap and were very impressed!

Amazing food! I am often disappointed when we have cajun food at work. I decided to try this place and the food was amazing! There was flavor and depth. I just had them yesterday and I am already looking where they will be next so I can order some more. We got the half and half po'boy and the catfish. Mouth watering!

I was excited when I found out Zydeco's food truck was going to be in Jefferson City and I was no dissapointed! I ordered the Swamp Platter, the fish was PERFECTLY cooked and delicious, just enough spice! The fish was also fileted properly and there was zero "yellow" or "gray" meat! That in itself is impossible to get around here! The shrimp was seasoned perfectly and cooked just as well! Good quality nice and plump. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely be enjoying the rest of the menu as I get the chance. My boyfriend got the Etoffe, and it was melt in your mouth delicious! He only gave me one bite and I was in food heaven! He said it was too good to share, lol!

Had a catfish platter at Logboat! The owners are super sweet and the catfish was ??? The batter was spicy and the pieces fried perfectly! None of that old oil taste either

Tried the Po' Boy, half fried shrimp and half fried catfish. Everything tasted really fresh. The shrimp and catfish were cooked perfectly, very tender and not rubbery at all. The remoulade is the sauce of my dreams, so tangy and amazing! Will definitely be watching for when this food truck is back in town!

Cajun Potato Soup -- fantastic...loaded with andouille sausage, ham, and the perfect amount of kick!

I'm a big food truck fan and had been wanting to try Zydeco's for a while now, I was not disappointed! We caught them at Cooper's Landing, a bit late as they were selling out, but got a Swamp Platter with Cajun fries. Excellent all the way around. Fun & Friendly service, food was hot and delicious. Authentic Cajun seasoning. My son described the catfish as "light and fluffy with the perfect spicy coating". The Kickin’ Fried Shrimp was perfect. They were out of the bang-bang sauce and voodoo rolls, but they sound amazing and I will be back for them, along with the rest of their menu.

This is the greatest Cajun food you will find! The recipes are authentic and the staff are really kind. It always brightens my day when I see this food truck.

Both of our swamp meals the Catfish was soggy, no plastic wear, didn’t get drinks I paid for. Hopefully is improves.

ZYDECO has excellent food Can't keep up with them enough Theur Cajun catfish us delicious. That sauce that comes with ir will make you reach for more. Their fish poor boy us awesome too. They are a great service to the community, and wherever their truck goes. It's hard for me to catch them sometimes, and others who are Wheel chair bound. I pray one day soon they will be on Sam's Healmart parking lot. I'll sure be there
