Amazing food! I am often disappointed when we have cajun food at work. I decided to try this place and the food was amazing! There was flavor and depth. I just had them yesterday and I am already looking where they will be next so I can order some more. We got the half and half po'boy and the catfish. Mouth watering!

I was excited when I found out Zydeco's food truck was going to be in Jefferson City and I was no dissapointed! I ordered the Swamp Platter, the fish was PERFECTLY cooked and delicious, just enough spice! The fish was also fileted properly and there was zero "yellow" or "gray" meat! That in itself is impossible to get around here! The shrimp was seasoned perfectly and cooked just as well! Good quality nice and plump. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely...
