The waitress didn't bother to greet us when we walked in. Was very short with us when finally coming up to tell us to sit wherever. Did nothing to assist in cleanup when an overfull drink spilled, just stayed standing at the counter watching us until someone asked for a towel.... then she took forever to come back with a towel and mop... so long, in fact, that we had already cleaned up the mess from the table and the floor. When my aunt stated on receipt that she wasn't leaving a tip for the drinks due to poor service, the waitress had the nerve to run outside and rudely confront my aunt about it while we were trying to get in the car to leave.

This has been a forever wonderful pizzeria for us! Sometimes, we go Monett just to go here! The flavors are stupendous and the cauliflower pizza crust is my daughter's personal favorite (she is soy free). I have to ask her for a slice! Lol! This place is amazing! Give it a slice of your time! You won't regret it!

I have arrived after the recommended arrival time to pick up each of my past 2 orders, just to give them more time to get it ready. Each time I have had to wait 20 minutes because my orders had not even been started yet. The most recent time, part of our order was wrong despite the delay (online order told me to arrive at 4:26, I arrived shortly after 4:30 and didn't receive my order until 5). The food is good, so this repeat lapse in service quality is frustrating.

I have eaten at Rocco’s several times. Never by my choice. The pizza is fairly good. The Alfredo dish is not good.The sauce has very little flavor. The Baked Spaghetti is not good. The spaghetti was way over-cooked as was the mozzarella topping. I had to use a knife to cut it. My friend’s Calzone was all bread, very little filling. It was noon on a Wednesday and there were only two tables with customers. That leads me to believe that others are also disappointed with their food.
-I ordered delivery thru DoorDash to the truck stop. -I carefully read many reviews and choose Rocco’s -I ordered Chicken Parmigiana, side salad and chocolate covered Cannoli. -Every piece of food was perfect temperature, flavorful and fresh. Including every piece of lettuce from my side salad. This is truthfully the easiest 5 Star rating I’ve ever given. I’ve given out a few, as in not many. Rocco has to be from Chicago, New York or New Jersey. Nobody else can capture the hints and nuance of Italian cuisine. Unbelievable. Such a great surprise!!

OMG best pizza since leaving Ohio almost 6 years ago! The waitress was so friendly and the meatball sub and fries I got was amazing!! My mom got a calzone and said it was awesome! OMG and the cannilos were outta the world!!
