Arrived at 10 on a wednesday and they were out of donuts. Ordered a BLT and the slice of tomato as the very edge slice that was all skin and didn't cover half the slice of bread. Husband ordered ruben and it was good.

Glazed donuts beat Krispy Kreme hands down. Have a SUPER selection of other donuts too. Breakfast is OUTSTANDING. An ABSOLUTE have to stop here. You are missing out if you don't

Incredible Story: The baked food is amazing but the service is special-
**I am a Tuesday regular around 10:30am- Typically no doughnuts for me unless I call because all their baked food is good, and gone by then:) 6 weeks ago I spoke with the owner about potentially ordering Oatmeal Chocolate Chip instead of with Raison. Yesterday, as I was lucky enough to get 6 amazing doughnuts plus she mentioned the cookies we discussed weeks prior. I said you know I need to follow-up with you on that one of these weeks. I didn't have to- She made them Monday, knowing I'd be in on Tuesday- I left my favorite bakery yesterday with 6 incredible doughnuts and 12 huge, moist, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies- Thank you! Pay them a visit-

Food was excellent. The woman at the front counter gave “whites only pies vibes”. I don’t think she wanted to serve us at all. Damn near threw our food on the table, gave us the wrong plates. No syrup or butter for the pancakes. She barely responded when we spoke to her. I can’t say she was racist, but all we did was stop by, order breakfast, pay and eat. Idk what we could of done to make her not like us except be black. I told my boyfriend “I don’t think she wants us here” he said “I was just thinking that”

Stopped in on a whim while traveling through to Iowa—and what a delightful surprise! This adorable little shop is both a bakery and an eatery, bursting with charm. We happened to visit around Easter, and the counter was a cheerful display of bunny cakes and springtime cookies—each one decorated with amazing detail.

We grabbed an oatmeal raisin cookie and a macadamia nut cookie for the road, and with the first bite, we were instantly transported to our grandma’s kitchen. Pure homemade goodness.

Lovely locally owned business! The baked goods are delicious, and so are the other menu items. The portion sizes are huge, so bring your appetite! I try to stop by every time I'm in the area, and it never disappoints.
