“Food is great but I think they should give you something to eat with. Ordered two protein bowls with sandwiches. Brought food out to where my husband is working(in the field) and nothing to eat the protein bowls with. I think employees need to think about those things. Kind of upsets a pregnant woman who can’t eat her food until she gets home hours later.“
“First of all iI would like to thank Tabitha for remaking my sandwich even though i made a mistake ordering online which this has been my very first time using the app. i dont like onions or tomatoes and i accidentally didnt click that off so i asked if they could remake it. Tabitha informed it was wasteful which i completely understood and in the middle of me reordering on the app Tabitha hands me a new sandwich and tells me dont worry about it, but her other coworker said Tabitha was only making my sandwich because we were being hateful. I was never rude or demanded anything I accepted my fault in ordering on the app. Her coworker after calling us hateful goes to the backs and hides. i apologized to Tabitha and didnt mean any harm. Trust me being on the road for hours coming into this store to finally eat only to be called hateful when i wasnt, this isnt something i was looking forward to. She needs more customer service and compassion to understand people make mistakes. i dont know if because im Mexican she called me hateful. But im putting all stars for Tabitha only she was courteous and nice and respectful.“
