“My family and I stopped here for the first time after getting a flat tire and waiting on Walmart. Very clean. Bathrooms very clean. The atmosphere was fantastic. Great service time. Food came out quickly. Fast. Hot. Delicious. Decent price. Service breakfast all day. Definitely worth it.”

“Traveling back home to El Paso, TX from Ohio and found this hidden gem. Quite unassuming from the roadside but good, tasty, honest food at a reasonable price. If you're traveling down US 60 you should stop in. We had breakfast but I'm confident their other meals are just as good. We'll be back for sure. Highly recommended.”

“Do NOT go to this restaurant or support them in any way. The owner has admitted to killing stray dogs/puppies that got dumped there. The owner said it only took one shot per dog to humanely kill them. This is appalling and extremely disturbing and sad. There are other ways, but the owner chose to kill them.”

“I’m not saying Oriental Hut is out of place… but it feels like someone dropped a solid Asian restaurant into a town where the biggest cultural event is a tractor parade and arguing about whose lawn mower is louder.

Credit where it’s due—the food is actually decent. Like “wait… this is in this town?” decent. Which honestly makes it more confusing than anything else. You take a bite, look around, and wonder how this level of seasoning ended up surrounded by cornfields and people debating whether Wi-Fi is a government conspiracy.
