The Coke brand drink machines in this establishment needs to be removed. About 30% of the selections were "not available" and about 20% would not dispense a drink. Coke obviously doesn't care about this location. I don't think the machine has ever been serviced since new. Take it out.

Service was horrible. We waited atleast 20 minutes before getting our food. It was possibly the worst food I've ever attempted to eat from a fast food restaurant and that's saying alot. I threw my meal in the trash where it belonged. I spoke to an elderly couple in the parking lot who's experience was as bad as ours. I was disgusted by the dirty floors and tables.

The manager is good and the food is good Military discount good Need More workers Second or third generation ran They don't realize that the slow service drives people away. Therefore in the long run for not paying for extra help you're losing more money by promoting slow service
They were out of what I came for. I drove 30 miles as it's the closest BK. They had nobeef patties or chicken tenders. Was very disappointed. However the staff was friendly but not very speedy. I wish they would add a BK between Mountain Grove and Springfield. As there is only 3 choices of fast food which all are kind of over done and everywhere.
