Today is Saturday, May 17 I arrived and placed my order at Burger King at 8:45 Pm, I did not receive my order until 9;30 pm. The fries were cold and they forgot a bunch of stuff wasted 45 minutes on a Saturday night to get crappy food.

For two Whopper meal deals it was $30 which is quite frankly outrageous but they were good. Probably won't be back for that price for a long long time!

Menu screen doesn't work which I understand no worker at the first window where they collect the money cuz they're too busy running around doing other stuff instead of management hiring more people or put more people on shift you got to get it together you guys wouldn't survive in any other City I'm surprised you're still open here but the food did taste pretty decent thank you all it is is poor management

Contrary to what most of these reviews are, I've had nothing but great experiences here with the staff. The service is usually always slow, yes.. but there seems to only be a couple staff Members inside every time I'm there and they're always polite and doing their best. I will choose this place over McDonald's every time I'm in town and get fast food.

Ordered a specialty burger meal with a plain buns on the app. Got home and found that they gave me a basic whooper with a sesame seed bun.

I pulled up to the drive thru with my family I started ordering kids meals and when I asked them to make the burgers only ketchup she got an attitude and so I told her to forget it and I left. What an attitude totally uncalled for. The place is supposed to be have it your way.

So we took my grandsons to Burger King a few days ago. It was almost $13 for 2 little kids meals. I had ordered the reg small chicken fry meal but the lady obviously misunderstood and we got 2 pitiful fries with 4-5 fries in each and 4 chicken fries each in a small little bag. I told the lady at the front we want two small chicken fry meals not kid meals. The lady was extremely rude and then to top it off there was hair on the fish sandwich. Probably the worst meal I have had in Mt. Grove. Borderline disgusting. Poor food and VERY poor service. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Treating people with courtesy and respect ? Well, not at this restaurant! We will not be returning

The Coke brand drink machines in this establishment needs to be removed. About 30% of the selections were "not available" and about 20% would not dispense a drink. Coke obviously doesn't care about this location. I don't think the machine has ever been serviced since new. Take it out.
