They were out of what I came for. I drove 30 miles as it's the closest BK. They had nobeef patties or chicken tenders. Was very disappointed. However the staff was friendly but not very speedy. I wish they would add a BK between Mountain Grove and Springfield. As there is only 3 choices of fast food which all are kind of over done and everywhere.
They were out of large cups. They were out of Hershey's Sundae Pie. It took quite a while for the order when there was one other family besides mine in the restaurant. We also didn't see but one car go through drive thru but it still took quite a while. Not sure the hold up but I won't be back. They didn't seem to care.

They don't realize that the slow service drives people away.
Therefore in the long run for not paying for extra help you're losing more money by promoting slow service
