Domino's Pizza

I got an email to get any pizza anyway for 9.99. I ordered a thin pretty much supreme… took my limit on toppings. When I picked it up it was extra cheese only and hand tossed. Nothing else. I told them they gave me the wrong pizza They informed me it was what I ordered. No way!!!! I was willing to deal with the nasty hand tossed and asked if they could just add some toppings to it. They told me no because that would change the price. I asked how would it change the price when they have the any pizza any way for 9.99. He kept telling me it was what I ordered. After arguing forever it seemed with them not willing to correct their mistake I agreed to pay to have toppings put on. I figured I was already 10.00 in the whole and might as well give them more instead of it being a total waste with a 10.00 I would have to throw out but nope couldn’t even do that. They were dead set there was no way they were going to make it right. Terrible way to do business. I was willing to give a little to make it partially right but they didn’t want to budge at all. Poor way to run a business… poor management… poor everything. Shame on you Dominoes in Mtn. Grove, Mo. Shame on you. Plus when I got it home I thought I would try to eat it and the crust wasn’t even done. What a messed up deal.

Called and ordered a pizza and cheese bread drove all the way 20 miles round trip and they never even made my food because of the dude taking my order you should give me my food for my wasted time and money

Ordered a takeout large topping that should have had four toppings and extra cheese. It as awful. No cheese, only two pieces had any ham at all, but lots of mushrooms. Green peppers and mushrooms on half. Hot weird sauce. Very strange and not edible. Paid extra. Usually get a medium two topping special for 7.99, that are very good. This was a large, cost 15$, horrible! Real shame!

Horrible customer service.

Lady at window was extremely rude. She wanted to take my money before telling me the total, then dropped the change when handing it back. She then did not like giving me more than 1 marinara sauce with a 32 Parmesan bites order. I work hard for my money and will choose another restaurant that appreciates my business.

Poor people skills. Had someone pick up my order because I was stuck at work. They had my information to verify, but gave the person absolute hell, and also failed to give them part of my order. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me it was security reasons and when i asked why they couldnt have called me, she hung up on me. This is POOR customer service skills as a manager, but this is not my first go around. I still dont have that part of my order, and no offer for a refund. Manager name being Mickayla. This was for a business that will no longer be doing business with this location.

Sat at the drive through window with employees looking at me refusing to acknowledge me. Had to come inside after 10 minutes of waiting to grab my food.

Very rude and was confronted about why I left them a bad review when I picked up my pizza. The store in Mountain Grove needs someone to come in and straighten that place up. It was a very uncomfortable and very unprofessional experience. I was questioned about the review before he even handed me my pizza. I'm not the first to complain about this place and won't be the last. I've contacted corporate also.

Ordered a pasta bowl and a salad while swinging thru here for work. Had it delivered. The driver was very courteous, food was great and only took about 20mins. Overall great experience.

One the worst dominos. We are stuck w it. Placed order on app and then got to store to pick it up. And they said be another 35min after app said it be ready in 30min. Get one good order out of 10. Just stinks that it's horrible. And they do nothing to make it right ever.

Taking away all choices and deals.

Honestly, super disappointed. Wanted wings to be well done so they aren’t “rubbery “, was told “no we are too busy”. Still placed an order, arrived to pick up and the girl boxing pizza was taking things off the pizza she was boxing and EATING IT.
