Worst McDonalds on planet Earth. Long lines, short staffed, and sub par food, yes, sub par even for McDonalds. It took F.O.R.E.V.E.R. to get our food. Took forever for someone to come to the cash register. Not just us, but everyone that came in after us. We will never come back. There are no soda machines. No napkins for the Public to get for themselves. No condiments. Nothing. It took 20 minutes for someone to get us a simple refill. So we left. Pitiful. Why don’t you all just close the place down? It’s ridiculous. There is zero use staying open if that’s the best you can do. Do us all a favor and close it up.

I've never been in a worse McDonald's. It was almost completely empty, but took over 30 minutes to get our food. The burgers were dry. The bathroom had feces and used pads on the floor.

Came to this mcdonald’s 20 minutes before closing and for some reason no one could take my order even tho there whole staff was inside laughing and talking, but i would assume socializing is more important to the company then making money. better off eating at a gas station due to the under cooked cold food they serve.

This will be the last time I ever dine in at this McDonalds. First impressions walking in, one of the kiosks was broken. There was no staff on hand. No one greeted any customers. After ordering at a kiosk, we stood around and waited finally decided to look for a table. The place was filthy. Almost all tables were sticky or dirty, fries all over the floor as well as paper trash. The bathroom was also dirty. The food came out about 23 minutes after the order, and this was not during rush hour! Despite taking a long time, the fries were cold with little salt, and the chicken sandwich was also lukewarm. No salt or ketchup packets, no napkins, and the lone dispenser was also empty. The restaurant has taken all self-service items out, so the dining room is very cold and impersonal. I will not be dining in or visiting this place again unless they have a serious renovation and change in management. It is very disappointing, and no one seems to care or be concerned about the dining experience.

Ordered a McFlurry and it was closer to the consistency of soup than ice cream. Showed it an employee and was told "THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU STIR ICE CREAM." The employee refused to refund me or make a new one.

Using the drive thru or pick up - The workers have always been kind, courteous, and efficient in taking my order. I like the fact that they acknowledge you when handing your meal. This is the # 1 McDonald's to come to if you love Coca-Cola from a fountain! The only reason I put 4 stars on food is simply that we all are learning, so when you receive an overcooked hamburger, I'd rather have it than an under cooked burger. This is just life! You will have that anywhere once in a while! So smile. Be nice .Make the person's day that made your meal ,put it together, or took your order! We need less negativity and more positivity! 😁 Enjoy!

I came to this Mcdonalds leaving Missouri to go back to my home state. I was hoping this Mcdonalds would be good since it didn't seem ghetto, but boy was I wrong. This is the 3rd time in a row where I order a double cheeseburger extra onions and they make it with no onions. And when I politely get them to remake it, it takes 10 more minutes and there's still barely the regular amount of onions. I don't understand how McDonalds can fail on the same simple thing three times in a row, and the last two times was in a different part of the country!! How!!?? How do all mcdonalds employees mistake extra onions for no onions?? I'm dumbfounded at the consistency of failure with the entire franchise as a whole.

Received order 17 minutes after placing it. Store was not busy in fact i only saw five other customers inside at the time. Order was almost warm when received. Two orders with fries and given one ranch dressing and on ketchup. Went to counter for more condiments and was told they would have to bring them to me as they couldn't hand them to me. Finished mean and young lady came over asking if we'd received condiments and told her no. She apologized and offered to get them. Told her no as we were done with the meal.
This was on 10/18/24. I had a similar experience on 10/11/24.
It seams the management has no interest in dine in customers and focus on drive thru customers.
