Ordered a chicken sandwich which it was mostly gristle. Most the time when I order inside, it slow receiving my food. This place has the worse bathroom. You have to stand over the toilet to open and close the door, sitting on the toilet you'll have the toilet paper rolled pressed in your shoulder and they don't provide paper towels plus the faucet is Not maintained correctly to work properly. Also they won't refill the sanitizer boxes. They've been out for at least 6 months or more. Also I miss the help yourself soda fountain machine. Now when you ask for a refill, they ring it up and gives you a free refill with another cup which supports more waste in the world. They need to provide a recycling trash can to help keep trash out of the landfill.

Today (12/21/25) I went to McDonald's at around 1:20pm. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a med fry, and a lg drink. I was given my drink at the window and told to go to one of the drive thru stalls to wait for the rest of my order. I got my food a few mins later and drove home. I live 2 miles from McDonald's max. I got home to enjoy my food and my FRIES WERE COLD. Only one sandwich was above room temperature. The other sandwich was lukewarm.
I've lived in the area for 3 years and consistently get bad service at this location. Over the last 3 years I have gotten one apple pie that was warm, the rest have been cold. One time I had to wait in the drive thru 30 mins from the time I ordered my food to the time I received it. The employees always under-fill the drinks. They consistently fill them just past 3/4 full.
Over the last 2 weeks, I've eaten at four other locations and my food was good, hot, and ready quickly. I don't know who is to blame for the consistent bad service at the Mountain Grove location. However, for it to continue for years on end, it has to be management.

Peak Mickey D’s. We drove through on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and our food was ready SO fast. It was all perfectly hot, and fresh. We got exactly what we ordered and it was perfect. The ONLY thing we wished we had asked for was extra picante sauce because we ordered 4 breakfast burritos but only got one sauce. Otherwise, fantastic.

they were very rude. waited in line for almost 15 mins. i order breakfast on my app at 1015, went to pick it up & they told me that they weren’t serving breakfast.

Every time I go there I have to pull u and wait for my food. Not once have they ever given me everything through the window. I don’t even get anything unusual. Today I pulled up to wait for my food only to find out they got my order wrong. Instead of trying to fix the issue I was told that I can rather go inside or wait through the drive though again. I’ve never had these problems at any other McDonald’s. I will not be returning.

Houston has a very clean McDonalds. They used to be scrimpy on the fries but they have been better. Every once in a while they will have a snippy person but overall, they have been super friendly and nice.
