Parked in curbside parking waited about 15 minutes then called inside then had to wait another 10 minutes on my food then girl brings food out with no drinks gets an attitude cause I ask her about our drinks.

This McDonald's is the worst for service. Always slow, drive thru service is slow regardless of the time of day and going inside is even worse. I have never been to a McDonald's that has no refill, condiments or even napkins in the dining area. You really have to hit this one just right to get decent service. Most of the time I can't get a unsweetened ice tea and forget about extra ice, no such thing I ask for a cup of ice just to get the ice. I only stop here when I'm in Mt. Grove. I'll drive the few extra miles to Willow Springs, 100 percent better. Too few McDonald's in the area and customers have too few choices.

Walked in for breakfast, was greeted by a foul odor. Stood at that counter to place my order for a couple minutes and was never waited on. Walked out to find another breakfast place who wanted my business.

Updating reviews after a Midwest county road trip. This location was frankly one of the LEAST COMPETENT service locations, so much so that I'll be filing a complaint.
I called here and it took forever for them to both ring up the phone and when they did they had a difficult time making basic explanations about burger cost and shake cost. Please do better for the next customer!
I would recommend keep driving to St. Louis, where service people are more responsive!

I did curbside today - not only did I end up waiting 30 minutes, i received my food and had the driest most unpleasant chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. It’s McDonald’s so my standards aren’t super high but I specifically chose the new gold chicken sandwich and did not receive any of that sauce whatsoever, just the smallest amount of mayo. Someone edited my ticket to make this monstrosity because as you can see when I ordered it I did not say no sauce and yet somehow their ticket in store said no sauce.

This place is FILTHY! We have a 2 and a 3 year old with us and I wiped down the high chair and it came back black! Hen there were shoe prints in the dirty floor. We were afraid for the kids to touch anything.

The drive thru is always RIDICULOUSLY slow. Foods good but if I wanted to wait 20 min, I'd be at a dine in restaurant. ALWAYS slow

Stopped here for a potty and snack break. The bathroom was clean and working, and the frappé I ordered was perfect. (My nephew ordered a plain tea and got one that was half lemonade. He just drank it.)

Yes, I was THAT customer, asking for coffee at 7:30 pm. I'm sure they had to make a whole new pot just for me, because I had to wait for it. I'm so thankful they didn't just say 'we are out of coffee.' I got safely home. My McDonald's hot mocha with two pumps of caramel flavor did the trick. Well, that and the fries.
