These past couple weeks, I’ve been through the drive through 4 or 5 times and every time I ordered the same sandwich as I normally do. Wrong ingredients or a complete lack of every time. All hope for humanity lost. When I say lettuce, they hear spinach. When I say sauce, they hear no sauce. When I say sweet tea, they hear unsweet with no ice. Quit smoking pot on the job. That’s not all I smell, the rotting brain cells are potent.

I asked for lots of tomatoes and pickles on my foot long sandwich and got 3 thin slices of tomato and got 4 pickle slices. I would hate to see what the regular amount of tomato and pickles looks like.

My wife and I literally were just there trying to order a sandwich. There were 3 employees there and nobody could help us. one employee was working on like a mobile order and taking a drive through order at the same time we kept telling us she had hoped some minute while the other 2 were in the back cleaning or doing something that really could be done later. management needs to come in and change this. I work at a restaurant in Springfield, myself. And things like this are uncalled for customer service is a priority. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The people that were cleaning were bringing food up not wearing gloves, and the person, making the food told them that it was okay as long as they didn't touch meat that they could touch food without gloves. This is an osha violation AND HEALTH CODE violation. YOU MAY GET SICK IF YOU EAT HERE IF YOU GET SERVED

We visited Subway in Mountain Grove this afternoon.We came in contact with 2 employees, one of which was rather hateful/rude.The other would barely speak.When we got home, I realized that my All American Club did not have bacon.Overall, the business building itself was nice.But the atmosphere/customer service was very poor!

This is a beautiful location! I've been in several Subway restaurants, and the vibe is different here. Most of the Subways I've visited are set for quick turnovers. Limited seating in a small space but this location surprised us. Very friendly staff. Clean restrooms. I ordered a garlic roast beef sub toasted and it was fantastic.

Very clean comfortable place to sit. Right off the highway.
The two girls working that particular day was very rude and not to mention that while preparing my wife's salad they had scattered 1 complete extra meat for it all over the counter and landed all inside other cheeses and toppings, and on the floor then picked it out of the other food and from the floor and then proceeded to put it back in with the salad ? and expected us to continue wanting it. We told them that we wasn't paying for it and would like a fresh salad made. They absolutely refused to do it. Then proceeded to call my wife a BI@#$CH!! We then walked out. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy ?.
