This is rather hidden on the back of Main St., but I like it. Feels cozy and I like Subway. They have pretty good choice there

My husband and I went in for two protein bowls. We were the only customers there. No hello or smiles. They don't cut the cold-cut's into bite-size pieces. The vegetables were all half frozen. You could see a thick layer of frost on the metal bowls they sit in. Most were already wilted and uneatable. We will not go back.

FYI. It does not serve pizza. If you ask for it you will get a longer than necessary explanation that turns into a lecture.
This subway made me reflect on a John Kennedy quote. Do not ask what Subway can do for you. Ask what you can do for Subway. I used the men's washroom. The toliet looked like a porta John. It hadn't been flushed for a long time with each person only adding. I fixed the toliet. Flushed it. And made it better for the next man. The handle probably needs further adjustment.

Upon entry the girls in the back rolled their eyes that they had a family of 4 adults walk in. From there I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap toasted and asked for the green onions to be toasted with the sandwich. She completely ignored me, throwing my sandwich in the toaster that didn’t work. After the putting the sandwich on the table to dress I realized there was bbq sauce on it. I said, I don’t think that’s what I ordered… more ignoring. I said ok I guess this is what we are eating tonight. Both girls just stared at us, didn’t offer to fix anything knowing the made the wrong food. They both though were having the best time in the back after their terrible customer service.

In this day and age when food is so expensive, you don't need the menu to trick you into buying the same sandwich at a higher price. The designers know the flow of traffic starts on the right where the bread is, so the closest seeable menu items that you see first are the most expensive ones. I ordered a chicken type sandwich with a special name but was just chicken basically and when I moved down towards the veggies, I noticed the basic, cheaper sandwiches, that when you add your preferred cheeses and veggies, ends up being the exact same chicken sandwich. I felt deceived. This particular sonic was nice, with great service and all, but the corporate marketing REALLY sucks, which is why my lower review, the local person's working that day we're wondering, doing their job properly though and the building was nice and clean! If you want to make a sandwich though, go down towards the cash register and veggie station first for a better priced sandwich!

Walked in stood there waiting for anyone to come to counter....we could hear them listening to tictok...waited for 3 more minutes and left.
Terrible service...Saturday 12/21 8:15am whomever was working should be fired for ignoring the counter.

These past couple weeks, I’ve been through the drive through 4 or 5 times and every time I ordered the same sandwich as I normally do. Wrong ingredients or a complete lack of every time. All hope for humanity lost. When I say lettuce, they hear spinach. When I say sauce, they hear no sauce. When I say sweet tea, they hear unsweet with no ice. Quit smoking pot on the job. That’s not all I smell, the rotting brain cells are potent.

I asked for lots of tomatoes and pickles on my foot long sandwich and got 3 thin slices of tomato and got 4 pickle slices. I would hate to see what the regular amount of tomato and pickles looks like.

My wife and I literally were just there trying to order a sandwich. There were 3 employees there and nobody could help us. one employee was working on like a mobile order and taking a drive through order at the same time we kept telling us she had hoped some minute while the other 2 were in the back cleaning or doing something that really could be done later. management needs to come in and change this. I work at a restaurant in Springfield, myself. And things like this are uncalled for customer service is a priority. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The people that were cleaning were bringing food up not wearing gloves, and the person, making the food told them that it was okay as long as they didn't touch meat that they could touch food without gloves. This is an osha violation AND HEALTH CODE violation. YOU MAY GET SICK IF YOU EAT HERE IF YOU GET SERVED
