Staff was more worried about joking than customer service. Every table was disgustingly dirty along with the floors. We were the only customers there. Power went out and instead of locking doors temporarily to clean the manager sent staff outside to tell everyone power was out. Definitely not impressed with this establishment to say the least.

Was picking up a doordash order and they said it already had been picked up but I feel like they were just standing around not wanting to do anything! Because why would doordash give me a flash offer for no reason? Maybe it was the app but
I'm leaving the bad review for being lazy to answer the drive thru when yall had 10 minutes till close and had to drive up to the window to see you guys were just standing around and laughing not doing nothing. Night shift is a joke. 👎

Couldn't believe what was overheard from the employees while waiting on food. They were getting an order together and were discussing if it was everything when one of the employees stated that it didn't matter because it was probably just a door dash order. However it was a regular to go order and luckily the customer checked before leaving the store since they were missing 4 orders of potatoes and a burrito. But it's OK cause it might be for someone who ordered door dash. All this tells me is that taco bell apparently only cares about the customers that come to the store if you don't, they don't care about your order. I'd like to say that this is an isolated incident but it's not. This store as well as the McDonald's next door are always rude to anyone who orders door dash or picks it up. Orders are always wrong and late. I've spoken to a door dasher and was told they've waited over an hour before at this location for them to fill a simple order. Even speaking with the management doesn't help, you're just blown off.

I stopped in here on a road trip to get me some tacos. Unfortunately they broke my taco in half and made it a double tostada. Let me tell you that double tostada got all over that U-Haul truck RIP U-Haul truck. Secondly they only filled my strawberry freeze up 7/8 of the way. If you're going to overcharge for a drink it should at least be filled up all the way. Next time I stop in here on a road trip to Tennessee I'll check my food and drink before I leave.
This location is usually pretty good but yesterday I ordered 2 deluxe boxes sub/soft shell on 1 for the taco. It was put into the computer as both being soft. And that would have been fine if it wasn't for the fact neither turned out to be soft. Nor were we offered any condiments or napkins.

I asked for tacos with beans instead of meat and extra lettuce and the tacos came barely half full hardly any lettuce or beans and apparently something was bad maybe the sour cream cuz we were up vomiting all night. This place is awful. Do not recommend!

Went through drive threw and order 38$ worth of food and didn't get 3 thing cinnamon twist so I called them and they said come in and get them or next time you are in you can get them so I went back after I got home. instead of gaving 3 cinnamon twist the gave me two n one chip. And Every other time I've ate there no problem and got order right but today was they didn't care our tocas was a mess . My Mexican pizza and my wife chicken quesadilla wasn't end cut .
