Manager did NOT know what a chalupa was and told me the crispy cantina taco was a chalupa. And she instantly instigated a situation needs new cooks. New management and new customer service. Cooperate definitely got a phone call.

Always excellent food and the staff is always generous with servings, they never shortcut. While they did make an error on my order, they corrected and gave my son a coupon for a free taco upon request.
The manager was rather rude, seeing as it was their mistake, but the gal at the window is an absolute doll. I do also enjoy that they let their staff express themselves! This is my home Taco Bell and I visit frequently, they usually get it right on the first try.

This Taco Bell has removed fresh brewed tea, the only option that was natural. Machine drinks only and no one knows what's in that mess. High FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and what else? Also, the last 2 times ordering nachos, they left out avocado, sour cream, and then, the beef! Good grief ☹️

You could barely hear the guy over the speaker, the older lady was hateful. We told him 2 chips and cheese, im use to checking to make sure and we only had one so when we told her she was incredibly rude saying it only rang up as one and that it was on us even though it looked correct on the screen outside. We ordered two large freezes and they BARELY filled them up, there was a quarter of the cup missing. Terrible service. Wish they’d compensate for their terrible performance. It was hideous.
ON TOP of all of the above, the meat was bland and not even seasoned. Everything was cold, including the nacho cheese sauce! Its not that hard to fill up a cup or keep food hot!

this place was FILTHY food everywhere on tables and the floor trash everywhere it took the one teenager or person I saw for that matter who’s clearly on substances 20 minutes to make our food and still dint have drinks ready and my drink showed up with unknown white lumps. When I asked what they were I wasn’t given an answer

Staff was more worried about joking than customer service. Every table was disgustingly dirty along with the floors. We were the only customers there. Power went out and instead of locking doors temporarily to clean the manager sent staff outside to tell everyone power was out. Definitely not impressed with this establishment to say the least.

Was picking up a doordash order and they said it already had been picked up but I feel like they were just standing around not wanting to do anything! Because why would doordash give me a flash offer for no reason? Maybe it was the app but
I'm leaving the bad review for being lazy to answer the drive thru when yall had 10 minutes till close and had to drive up to the window to see you guys were just standing around and laughing not doing nothing. Night shift is a joke. 👎
