Angel's Cafe Reviews
The last two times I’ve been later in the evening the waitress has been super rude. She tries to argue anytime you tell her something and rolls her eyes mid sentence. I’m sorry I inconvenienced her by coming in over an hour to an hour and a half before they close.
As we walked in the staff was extremely hateful, we sat down and when trying to ask about items/recommendations the staff was standing in the kitchen doorway talking about and going on to get high making the restaurant smell of weed. Then when I finally got the waitress attention to ask about “jumbo shrimp” there was no notice or details that it was coconut shrimp which is a major allergy. Angel's Cafe offers a mixed experience. Some customers found the portions small and the food lacking in flavor, while others enjoyed the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Despite some disappointments with the breakfast options, such as small pancakes and lukewarm gravy, others praised the fluffy pancakes and delicious breakfast burrito. The diner seems to have a loyal following, with one customer describing it as their go-to spot. The service from the waitress and owner were stellar and helpful, the pancakes were good too, and people really liked the atmosphere. The prices for the food and drinks were reasonable and it is overall a very nice and reliable place for brunch. The food was wonderful and the people there are really nice. They tried the new chicken fried steak skillet and it was delicious. The decor is really something to look at. Lots of different pictures and stuff to admire. It is in memory of those that served. It seems kid-friendly.
