While I was waiting for my food, there were two teenagers in the back one was cooking, and one was making a salad. Neither of them were wearing gloves. The boy cooking was touching his face and his hair, and then the food, and then his face again, while the girl making the salad was eating food out of the salad as she was preparing it for a customer Again neither of them had gloves on. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and I ate it as soon as I got it and it was still cold I understand teenagers need jobs but they need to be trained right so this does not fall on the teenagers, but it falls on the people who taught them how to do their job and the people who are supposed to supervise them!

Went in at 8:30 to order fried cauliflower and an m&m concrete. They had everything turned off for the night. They close at 9. Acted like even making the concrete was too much but did make it. If you are turning everything off at 8:30 or before you should close at that time.

All eight of us arrived at the New Haven ice cream shop during the noon rush, and they were still able to accommodate us. They make excellent hamburgers and onion rings and other delicious items.

order was wrong, didn't have my complete order from when I first called. then got to My car realized it was missing food. went back in only to wait 30 mins at the least. for them to correct it. when I asked for a new order because the rest was sitting on the counter getting cold. they said it was my fault because I noticed they left food out and didn't have a burger on it. so they had to add on. 🤔 hmm so because of one burger and stuff you left out and said it was on the counter. I get cold food.
wish I could understand your type of business. but they had no adult just 2 high school kids. that told people it would take 40 t0 50 minutes just to get an order. one person canceled the other had trouble understanding why so long for 2 salads....

I truly hate this place. They don't even know to make a proper hot fudge sundae. The food is awful and the kids that make the ice cream just make it a very sloppy mess. Get your staff trained. It won't let me add a photo
