I've always only focused on their gin and tonic, which is the best you'll ever have. But today I did a whiskey tasting and I'm now a full on Pinckney Bend whiskey convert! If you're lucky enough to do your tasting with Sebastian, you will really enjoy yourself because he's personable and very knowledgeable!

Amazing tasting experience with Greg! Super knowledgeable and made it fun! He has a crazy amount of facts which was the best part for us! The Apple Ambush Whiskey was our favorite, but all were worth trying! The vodka was one of the best we’ve had as well! Worth the trip if you’re visiting near. They have amazing gin cocktails on tap and you can purchase it in cans as well!

Great hidden gem in New Haven. The gin and tonics are awesome. Nice little patio to have drinks. And good gift shop to purchase swag or spirits. Their tonic syrup is the boom. Highly recommend!
