This is my husband's favorite winery! They have very good Missouri wine, from their vineyards that the outdoor seating overlooks. They have very good dry white and red wines, not sweet wines. They have a few snack options, our favorite is the cheese platter. There is plenty of outdoor seating, both covered and uncovered. They also have indoor seating. Bob, the owner is very nice.
One of my favorite Missouri wineries! Jerry is fantastic at his craft and if Norton isn’t your thing please do yourself a favor and let him explain how it is not the grape’s fault! I drink his Nortons ❤️
my friends and I do a yearly trip to hermann. we try to stop here every time and only once have we actually been able to go inside/try wines. their website lists them as open Mon-thurs, 10-4 but the last two times we’ve gone, they’ve been closed. last year we called and no one answered. this year we didn’t bother calling; we just left. from what i remember 3 years ago, we enjoyed the wine, but it’s disappointing and frustrating that the last two times they’ve been closed...
