Excellent burgers and fries! Blackened Bacon Boom Boom burger was amazing! The waitress was amazing as well. Our food did not come out quickly, though, and they were not busy. Kids' food was good. Tables were sticky. Bathrooms were not as clean as they should have been.

The experience I received was horrible a nightmare. I called ordered food for carryout. I had a drive a distance so I thought it would be the faster way. I arrived at bairs no one greeted me at the front door! I proceeded to the bar since it was my first time I probably looked lost. I wait 10 min as workers walk by going here there. So I flagged a male down that was walking by. He then told a lady and she greeted me. I said I'm here for a carryout order for "name". She said oh as she looked for the order in the kitchen in the back. 5 min later she came out said they haven't started it yet. I said ok had a seat started watching TV. About 7 to 10 min later she came back up said your food is ready. So I paid and as I looked at the receipt before I paid the was a surcharge for carryout order! I then asked kindly why there was a surcharge. She stated loudly that that's what they do when they have carryout! I said we'll this is my first time here and the service was horrible and that I would not be back to the location. I get home open the food and the buger was way under cooked. I asked for well done! It was also a smashed burger! You see in the picture it's one huge patty cut in half a half inch thick not smashed at all. First bite was gross went to the trash can after that bite! The worst experience ever !

Food was burnt, the place was a bit messy (tables and floor), food is not worth the price, but the waitress was nice.

Hot, humid day and the inside was the same. Slow service, sticky floors. I haven't been here and years and now I remember why. Like most of the chain restaurants in Nixa this place sucks also. Don't waste your time or money.

Very poor...Food was cold and had to be sent back. Order was wrong. Was a birthday dinner for me and my son. Very disappointed in the experience. Kind of ruined our night.

We waited and waited and waited… never got our food so we left. Our waitress came back one time after sitting with empty cups. We waited for at least 30 minutes, didn’t get our refills or our food. The place was not busy. There was a drunk guy SCREAMING at the tv. I’m unsure why we were sat right near the screaming drunk when there was an entire separate dining area completely empty. Disappointed.

Y'all our lunch visit here was great ! The have tons of unique burgers to choose from, as well as other menu items. The homemade chips are delicious and crispy. My Black Mamba burger and my wife's Boom Boom bacon burger were both awesome !! The staff here are friendly and inviting from the moment you walk in. We were well looked after during our enjoyable dining experience in this relaxing sports grill with great rock and easy music from the 70's and 80's. So, that all being said, y'all come on in and have a great meal !! And for the management, Khaliah is an amazing server !! So friendly and genuine !! She's such a sweetheart ! Yes we will definitely be back soon!

Staff was amicable, but the wait was absolutely horrendous. Only 4 parties in the restaurant and we waited an hour for food and didn’t even get our appetizers, nor did the waitress even attempt to come by our table the whole time. Ended up just getting up and walking out as we couldn’t even find a staff member to let them know we were leaving. Never going back to this one, probably just the other locations.

Nixa has great service food and drinks. Always a good time to go is for the happy hour. 3 to 6. This location of Bairs actually had good service granted it wasn't very busy. My only complaint isn't the quality of food or drinks especially at this location but every other location is poor service as the employees worry what the other one is doing or the phone too much unless you sit right at the bar. Prices seem to fluctuate at times but a little expensive... never had a complaint on food or quality or even portion. Even with the service I still keep going back.So, Previously to my rant and review i will repeat As for the Nixa location great service and food and drinks.

Well like the new world is no help. . Half empty and no service waited 20 min after being seated to get a drink and 35 min on a burger and fries. Left with never receiving food I give up
