I ordered online a brisket slider and brisket burnt ends. When I got home with my food I did not get the brisket burnt ends at all I ended up with a pulled pork sandwich. When I called to asked what happened to my order. They made all types of excuses, but they were out of the burnt ends, but did not tell me when I picked up the order. No refund or explanation for why this happened. Please be very careful when ordering online with this company. I was very excited to try them. Will not go back to this location.

As a native Texan, anytime I'm having a craving for a good smoked pit barbecue, and I'm not cooking myself, Dickey's is my go to place. Besides the brisket, smoked sausage (regular and jalapeno style) and pulled pork, they have all the best southern side classics, including fried okra!
The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food hot! (Plus they have fried okra!!!)
The guys working are fast and friendly. The food was delicious! I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwhich and coleslaw and the portions were massive I did not finish

Ordered a take out order Saturday for 815pm. got there at 813pm. Food was already cold and to be honest not even that great. The fried okra was delicious I won’t lie but the soggy fries and cold sandwich was a disappointment. Sad to say we tried something new and it failed

Ordered 2 of the Monday special of pulled pork sandwich,2 sides, and drink. Was charged $38. Sides of coleslaw and Mac/cheese were tiny. Home cut fries were soft and limp. Sandwich was ok. So very disappointed.
