I ordered takeout for 5 items, drove to Dickeys and picked up a bag. They failed to include 3 items. I called them and they admitted they didn't include 3 items but had no explanation why. What kind of business gives you 2 items to fill an order for 5 items, and then doesn't know why?

I ordered online a brisket slider and brisket burnt ends. When I got home with my food I did not get the brisket burnt ends at all I ended up with a pulled pork sandwich. When I called to asked what happened to my order. They made all types of excuses, but they were out of the burnt ends, but did not tell me when I picked up the order. No refund or explanation for why this happened. Please be very careful when ordering online with this company. I was very excited to try them. Will not go back to this location.

As a native Texan, anytime I'm having a craving for a good smoked pit barbecue, and I'm not cooking myself, Dickey's is my go to place. Besides the brisket, smoked sausage (regular and jalapeno style) and pulled pork, they have all the best southern side classics, including fried okra!
The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food hot! (Plus they have fried okra!!!)
