Pizza was fine but service wasn't. It's a little frustrating when you have to repeat everything & then wait while counter girl pauses herAirpods. Minimum wage is too much for such poor service. My visit was 1/29/23 afternoon. If you don't want to repeat everything to a distracted employee, go somewhere else.If she were my employee I would give her another chance- without the airpods.
We love Papa Murphy’s generally but AGAIN tonight, they messed up our order. We have earned free cookie dough at least twice from the rewards program and both times, they “forget” to give us the cookie dough. Makes the rewards program not really worth it.
