Leadership fired a teenager for not feeling safe to drive in a severe snow storm. Shameful and selfish behavior on their behalf. Expecting this from people, nonetheless a minimum wage employee is ridiculous.
My daughter just got FIRED from Scooters in Nixa for not being able to go to work tonight. SERIOUSLY??? she tried to get her shift covered and had MANY conversations with management that was NOT helpful.
I’m sorry but my daughter is not going to put her life on the line for LITERALLY $12.50 an hour.
It’s insane that anyone would ask a teenager to drive on these roads to serve coffee to people who also don't want to be on the roads today. I am sure she will find a new job with better leadership very quickly!
