I recently attended an event (Hunks) at Chef Titos. I would like to clarify that the event itself was amazing! The venue though was absolutely disappointing. We had paid for a private booth. After our initial drink order i had to flag someone down to get a menu. The food was terrible. The chips were stale and the cheese was awful. The tacos were okay but i asked for limes for 15 minutes before I gave up and went and got them myself from the bar. By then my tacos were cold. Then the waiter who brought the original drinks was questioning me on how I got food. He was very rude as I tried to explain another waiter took that order. It's not my job to keep track of the system they have in place. So I paid my ticket right then to satisfy him as I was missing the show trying to help him figure out what was going on. About 30min later the waiter who brought the food wanted paid also. When I explained to him I paid the other guy he was confused. He went to get the other waiter who claimed I didn't even though I showed the proof on my phone of the payment in my banking. Again I'm missing the show that I paid for VIP seats for. It's gets even worse as the original waiter comes back again and makes my friend pay for the drinks i already paid for!!! And he charged her $50. The only reason it would be that high is if he charged her for the entire order again. We also paid to go on stage and while we were on stage the restaurant moved all of our stuff from our booth!!! They then sat someone else there for the last 45 min of the show and made us sit in the seats in the front. I was tired of missing the show at this point so I just sat there and didn't argue. I think it all could have been avoided with better organization for the event. As it is I am very disappointed with the amount of money I paid for "VIP" to be treated the way I was and then charged so many times for the same things. I won't return to this establishment as I never even received an apology for the confusion and was instead treated as if I was in the wrong somehow.
Very good food will go again!

The worst Mexican food I have ever tried and the owner is a vulgar person, today I went to eat and watch the Colombia game. When I entered, they took me to a table. I ordered the food and after I finished eating, they told me that the table I had taken had a cost of 20 dollars. When they told me it didn't seem right to me, I got up and left. I asked for the bill and they charged me for the table and when I refused to pay it, they started to swear at me and when I told them I would call the police, they started yelling at the waitress and told her that they would charge her for the table, so I paid the waitress for the table. What an unpleasant experience, not to mention the terrible food.
Very good place.

The quesabirria tacos were delicious!
Band and atmosphere was great. Service was not. Bartenders were giving us different drinks than what we ordered. Service on outside patio was questionable. All the tables around us got helped and food delivered but we did not for some reason. Sat for an hour and a half without getting service so we left. I’ve heard food is great but sadly we didn’t get any

My Ma’Dear used to tell me if I don’t have anything nice to say don’t say anything at all. I was a hardheaded child of course! I drove a pretty good distance to try the Mofongo De Camaron. Did I catch y’all at the wrong time? The presentation was spectacular!!! See video attached. It really lacked flavor, my dish seemed like it had been just sitting a while, no freshness to it, and was warm and not hot at all. I ended up bringing it home, it went to waste and let me tell you I have a walking stomach of a kidult in my house!! He turns down nothing! Our server was great but I should have known something was off when the majority of the tables were empty upon our arrival. Also, your chip to guacamole ratio is waaaaaaay off!!! The guacamole would have been the highlight of our $130 trial for just two!

I found the food mediocre and overpriced. The fish tacos were undercooked and drenched in ‘sauce’. The guac had that grey color from being out for too long and the portion was small for the price.

If you're going to have a kitchen that's visible to the dining area it's probably a good idea to wear gloves and not wipe your hands on your head, t-shirt & jeans while plating dishes. Probably shouldn't be doing that at all, actually. Food has been good in the past, hence the extra star, but won't be coming back.
Good place

We went here to celebrate my son’s birthday and we had exceptional service and enjoyed authentic Central American food options. Portions were generous and the food was delicious! Our wait staff were very attentive and accommodating. It was a friendly, cozy atmosphere with plenty of options. We will be back. Great place for a party with friends or to just enjoy an evening as a couple.
