Callsign Brewing

I have been here twice now to include having our company Christmas party at Callsign. These two experiences were both top notch. The facility is great and the people that work there are even better. Oh, and the beer is great too! Looking forward to the next time I go.

I was here for a wedding reception tonight, and I just have to shout out the bartender who kept taking care of me.Every time I walked up to the bar, he immediately noticed, came over, and knew exactly what I wanted by the third drink‘Buffalo Trace on ice.’ His pours were perfect, and his service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely appreciated. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I notice when someone takes pride in what they do, and he absolutely did. It made the night feel personal and fun. Whoever he is—he deserves recognition. He did a great pour, and I truly appreciated him. As a photographer here in Kansas City, I love connecting with other professionals who take pride in their work. If you all ever collaborate with local creatives or are open to networking for future events, I’d love to be considered. Thank you 😊

Fun brewery! It’s actually a pretty large spot. They always have trivia every time I’ve gone lol which is fun! There is food that you can order at the kiosk and then you can go grab it next door!

Did I mention the beer? Yum!! Bomber Brown Ale was malty with a dry finish. Could down a pint before realizing it- not that there’s anything wrong with that. Lol

We drove past this place several times when the Broadway extension was closed. We finally got an opportunity to visit last week and I am so happy that we did. Great patriotic atmosphere. Comfortable and ample seating. The beer was delicious and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. There is food available from the restaurant next door that you order on a pad near the door. We did not eat, but the young veteran that we sat by at the bar was eating some nachos that she said were amazing. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to meet some friends there soon.
