This place is great! We have our business Local Social at CallSign and Steve opens early for us, is so accommodating, and is attentive to our needs. I love the service member and veteran supporting programs that Callsign engages in. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This establishment is clear to point out they are veteran owned, but do not be mistaken--the employee interactions are not service oriented. I have visited on several occasions and held my comments until today. Their brewer, Adam Schwarzel, probably should focus on brewing and never be allowed to interact with customers. I probably expected too much, in terms of customer service/experience, since this brewery is framed on a pop-up concept (check their hours). This business will struggle to grow past its current state. Customers have very few options to park. The brew crew is super friendly to some and clearly adverse to others. Nothing new under the sun, though. Plenty other cool places in the city with adequate parking that serve cold brew.To the manager/owner, good luck with your business. I would offer that to grow your customer base, you make an effort to hire individuals who can expand your market--not limit your market. Good caring people will take your business to another level.

Callsign Brewing is one of the coolest bars and places to hang out in the KC area. The bartenders and staff are always beyond amazing. It is also Veteran-Owned and they do so much for the local Veteran community, and never seek credit for any of their generosity (but I’m going to give it anyway). Steve, the owner, served over 20 years in our armed forces and now he continues to serve Veterans. He and his staff have forged great relationships with numerous nonprofits in the area that support our Vets in a variety of ways. They are very involved in the community and have big hearts. And to top it all off, they have an amazing selection of great beer and a really great atmosphere to enjoy it in. Plus they have live music on Friday nights, Trivia nights, and definitely check out the Poker Night on the 3rd Thursday of each month! It’s a great spot to host events in one of their three rooms.

A beautiful brewery in North Kansas City, crafting local beer with a purpose to support and honor Veterans and First Responders. It’s a great place for large gatherings, events, and has a new private event space with all the amenities. ?? And much to my koozie collector delight, they have branded pint glass koozies to keep the beer cold and the sweat off your tables!!

Try the WTFO Smoothie Sour! It actually tastes like a smoothie and it's so tasty. The place is kind of simple, but clean and good drinks.

I met some friends at Callsign brewery recently and was glad I did. The tasting arena was a vast open space able to accommodate beer lovers of all ranks. We settled in at our station and prepared to order up some flights. Beer strategy was crucial but a fog of indecisiveness clouded our judgments. Fortunately, the super friendly server was there for guidance. With her intel, we procured a delicious and varied array of lagers, stouts and ales. Chest bumps all around. Mission accomplished.

Good beer and friendly service. They also have some good daily specials. The space feels very big and open even though it's not huge. The atmosphere is cool with its military-inspired decor, which isn't over the top but still upholds the theme. Definitely a brewery worth checking out and supporting.
