I haven’t been to Denny’s since I was a kid, and after moving to North KC, I was looking forward to visiting again…maybe even dining in. But after two back-to-back bad experiences as a DoorDash driver, I won’t be getting those childhood memories back anytime soon.
Today, I came to pick up an order and stood there for about a minute. A waitress finally walked by, and I greeted her. She gave me an “Umph.” I asked, “No greeting?” and she snapped, “I’m busy.” When I reminded her I’m here for DoorDash, she said, “I’m focused on customers.” I said, “So I’m not a customer?” Her response? “The ones in the restaurant.”
That’s wild. Delivery drivers are part of the service that keeps your business running. If we don’t matter, don’t list your restaurant on the app.
This place clearly doesn’t value all its customers…only the ones sitting down. I won’t be back, dining in or otherwise.

America's Diner is what Denny's calls themselves on the inside now, I like it, it fits. I had a Patty Melt and a Milkshake and my friend had a create your own burger and a Milkshake. Everything was very tasty.
The entire restaurant got into a conversation about astrology signs. Felt very down home. A lovely experience. 👍👍

There is a Hispanic worker who treats customers very badly, just like all the employees at this site. They treat you very badly and you have a long wait time to be served. I rate them very poorly.

Went to Denny's to meet a friend,but she got lost and made my wait time very long,the waitress was very patient and understanding. Finally got served after I had to leave to get her,the food was good,very pleased with the service.

MONA K my server let me tell you. She was far from a server. Took my hash browns to put back on the grill after having a attitude about my hash browns not being done well enough. Then they put a extra 50 cents for eggs which I get but it should definitely be disclosed to the customer at time of order. French toast only cooked on one side eggs not cooked done. This place is trash definitely not worth the money I paid. We will more then likely be sick from eating here.

The worst experiance i dont underatand how you said 24 we drive 25 minutes from a concert 10 peoples ant they did not wanted to give us service. I will atache video. Of place . Terible wen you are closing stores and employes dont car

Dont order food after 11pm here if you want it all atleast.... ordered 2 slams and twice now and always missing bacon and this time no bacon or hashbrown and for $22 bucks its robery. Use to be realy good seams the cook dont care and their too busy to answere the phones of course. We wont be back unfortunately.
