The bbq itself was very good! However the sides were not! Macaroni and cheese should be called pasta salad. Mac n cheese is served hot not cold. Baked beans were so over spiced they were uneatable ( 3 of us tried all items) the sweet potato casserole had so much clove in it was also not eatable.

Wanted some true KC bbq and F325 didn’t disappoint. And it was right down the street from our hotel. Burnt ends, wonderful, baked beans, delish and coleslaw, best I’ve had since moving away from Pennsylvania. Staff and clientele were so friendly and help. Make sure you try it out.

I just had theee very best bbq in Kansas City. The smoke meat was soo good I had to make myself stop eating. Turkey and brisket with beans and greens. The greens were soo good I thought my grandmother cooked them. I had a spinach salad and portobello mushrooms. Every thing was superb. I’m a KC Naruto I’ve eaten at just about all of the bbq places. I worked for Gates for years. This F325 is the best for the simple fact they have vegan options. And live music. Fit for the whole family. It’s a family business and the owner is right there. Very personable. The next time I go I’ll be sure to post pictures before I eat it all. 🥰

Burnt ends are incredible!! The service was a little strange. The cornbread is so tiny. Took awhile for the fries to come out and that was the only thing my son ordered. I had to chase down someone to get our check when we were ready to leave. The band outside was wonderful.

The collard greens are the best thing I've had on the menu. Might be the best collard greens I've ever had. Do people get excited over collard greens? I don't. But these are incredible.
Preference: Ribs > Burnt ends > Brisket
I think their ribs are the best meat of the 3 i tried, they are very fatty, my guess is St Louis/spare. You might not enjoy them if you prefer lean baby back ribs.
These are not dry or wet, i would say inbetween, maybe glazed. My guess is they start eith a dry rub and then sauce it at some point near the end of the smoke and let it cook on to a sheen. This isnt good or bad, i mention it only because some may have a preference. I may be incorrect, im not an expert. But it was good barbecue

I ordered brisket, ribs, and burnt ends with beans and steak fries. Burnt ends: taste good, good texture, theyre not just cubed beef like other places are Ribs: decent flavor, but not amazing. Brisket: dry but okay flavor Beans: good overall, different than what im used to Steak fries: theyre fries, unremarkable but theyre good. Overall, this place wasnt bad, but there was nothing that stood out as being remarkable or better than anywhere else in the city. Its not bad by any means, but its not something I would go seek out.
