Gordon Ramsay Steak

I ordered the Japanese wagu steak at 40.00 per ounce, medium rare. It was served to me well done. I sent it back. It was returned again well done! I didn't eat it but had it packed up to take home. I still didn't eat it. I have pics to prove the improper temperature. You ruined my birthday dinner! How dare you! I am so disappointed that you didn't try to make it right. To everyone out there, do not order the most expensive steak at Gordon Ramsay Steak in Kansas City at Harrah's.. It isn't worth it. It sucked.

We tried this restaurant for the first time today for my birthday. To start off our service was amazing, our waitress Mai was amazing! Very attentive, always came to check on us and explained everything thoroughly. We tried the tasting menu which consisted of some risotto, some heritage beets, beef Wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Everything was so amazing!!’ Except the beef Wellington, I’m no expert but I looked up pictures of what medium rare was and ours was not it, I called over a sever and was told it was medium rare, I ate 2 bites and then it was cold in the center. I could not eat anymore. They did give us 30$ off our bill, but after spending 350$ we just do not feel like that was adequate when the mail course of our meal was inedible other then the couple bites we initially cooked until we knew it was to under for us. After comparing ours to even other photos in reviews here it seems to not be cooked to properly either. Everything else was 10/10.

Ramsey Steak House made my birthday celebration absolutely perfect. The staff was amazing from start to finish and treated me like I was the only person in the place. They were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel special. The food was incredible and the service made it even better. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate. I'll definitely be back.

Great place, we love the food. We go a few times a year, this was wife birthday. Wife had the ribeye, all was good. The other thing I love is their side potato, I get it with everything, and I just love it, I could eat it as a meal. So, no complaints from me.

Started off great! Our waiter was Samson. He was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. I had a wonderfully creamy Lobster Bisque. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The loaded potatoes didn't disappoint. They are huge and we really could have shared one. We ended up taking some home. We ended with the lemon blueberry Tiramisu, highly recommend. Overall our waiter made our anniversary night special.

First the good thing, the waitress are excellent (I am so happy to pay them 18% tips), explain every dish made, change new silverware, dishes in timely manner and check on what we need without interrupting anything. The breads are good, creamy corn is great, the meat quality is excellent and the supersonic cocktail is amazing, must try it yourself.
Now , the disappointment , cesar salad a bit too salty, lobster risotto is way too salty and the rice is not totally cooked, the middle of the rice still very hard and you can see the raw white rock feeling in the middle of the rice.
The beef Wellington is not for me, the pastry are way too wet and soft, the rib eye didn’t cook as the way I ordered, I want it medium well, but they served as medium, has blood when cutting.
Loaded potatoes just OK, nothing special.
All in all, for the price of $370 for 2 person dinner that I paid, umm, one time experience is enough for me. I can have the same quality of steak in Long Horn (which I go almost every month, the one in Legend outlet) for half of the price with the same quality of steak and they never failed on any way we want for our steak, always get it done right.
I think you should try their supersonic C&T cocktail and eat the bread with creamy corn, enjoy the best services from the waitresses then checked out and spending sometime in casino, once you feel hungry again, drive 30 minutes to Long Horn , you will save some money and have all the good stuff.

Best dining experience of my life. I am a true foodie and a Gordon’s fan. I been wanting to visit for a few years but due to living in the Omaha area(3) hours away keep over thinking it ! I am sooo glad I made the trip. From the entrance, the greetings, the atmosphere, to the waitress (Jaclyn who was absolutely so very sweet and attentive) our visit was exceptional. We have no complaints just good experiences and reasons to come back. The food was the best tasting food we have ever tried. Also the portions were good sizes and we were stuffed by the end of our meals. We did the tasting menu. We have dined in fine dining restaurants a good amounts and by far the FLAVORS and Perfection of the dishes was the best. If you’re thinking about dining here I recommend it 100%. The service was good but the food was fair at best. The accompaniments with the food ruined the expected flavor.

Last March, we decided to eat at Gordon Ramsay's, and it was a fantastic experience. The beef Wellington was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The sides were equally impressive, complementing the main dish beautifully.

The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The wait staff was attentive and engaged, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend dining at Gordon Ramsay's for an unforgettable meal!

Absolute best meal I've had in my entire life as of yet. The Beef Wellington creates an experience in your being upon the first bite. Every single thing feels like it was made very meticulously and absolutely delicious!

We were delighted to eat here again. Our serving team included Sampson who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained the menu in detail for us. We had the best waygu rib cap, shrimp cocktail and accompaniments. The quail eggs were the highlight. Dessert was perfectly presented. Thank you to all for the wonderful birthday meal.

Greatly appreciate the hospitality the servers showed as I had a larger party that wasn't punctual 😬 our server Mai was absolutely the best!! Food and ambiance amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner. Will be recommending of course!
