This establishment was hands down the very best experience in a restaurant that I have ever been to as a retired truck driver. I did visit some awesome places thru the states. My grandson loves the show, so me and my son took him to this restaurant for his 16th birthday and wow what a great experience the food was excellent, the staff was excellent. The place is expensive but well worth the experience

Ramsay exceeded all expectations. I don’t think you will find better service in all of the metro. We had two amazing servers. The food was excellent. We both had the beef Wellington. I do recommend the tasting menu if it’s your first time.It is a pretty penny though! But you gotta splurge every now and then, right?

Service was slow. The food was midgrade and bland very disappointing, considering Gordon Ramsay’s reputation for perfection, I honestly make better meals at home with Walmart meat and a Weber grill, this experience just reaffirms why eating out has become overrated

I was so excited to go to this restaurant. I had the beef Wellington and my date had the wagyu. We shared the Mac and cheese. Wait staff was very kind and attentive. The food itself was extremely disappointing. It was very bland and not what I expected from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. I took the Wellington home and ate the rest of it with some A1. Hardly any mushrooms and there was nothing but space in between the pastry and the steak. My date thought the wagyu needed seasoning as well. Unfortunately, for the price and mediocre food, I won’t be returning.

Went with the Tasting with the wine pairing and added an order of truffle fries. The scallop risotto was a bit salty. The arugula salad, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding were all delicious. The portion sizes were larger than expected but not large enough to make us feel as uncomfortable as we walked out feeling.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Like many, I’ve been a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, so we decided to dine at this steakhouse for my husband’s promotion. After ordering our food we waited AT LEAST an hour…AFTER ORDERING! The waitress was apologetic and even stated she didn’t know why the food was taking so long. I told her I think we were just going to leave because that was too long of a wait with still no food in sight. She apologized again and asked if we’d wait to speak with the manager (I think her name was Angie). Angie was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE! I told her we’d been waiting at least an hour for food that still wasn’t on the table and her response was “well dinner takes at least 2.5 hours”. No apology, empathy, or consideration. She couldn’t care less! While she stood there showing no remorse for the wait, the food FINALLY showed up but because of her DISGUSTING attitude and customer service, we decided not to spend our hard earned money at this restaurant. CELEBRATORY DINNER RUINED! I’ve never witnessed anything like that! We left and went to another restaurant and had ordered, eaten and out the door in an hour. I plan to take this experience up the chain because I’m sure Gordon would NEVER stand for that level of customer service.Edited to add: I received a notification from Open Table saying the restaurant “cancelled the reservation”. I’m assuming they were trying to avoid this horrible review.

This was our first time at Gordon Ramsey's and it did not disappoint! There were 3 of us celebrating my sisters birthday and we ended up splitting the Caesar salad, lobster risotto, shiitake mushrooms and beef Wellington. We had more than enough food between the three of us and we all agreed it was the best meal we have had. The service was amazing and everyone was very attentive to our needs. It was quite a lovely, memorable experience.

Went for our 17th anniversary and was so excited! I ordered the Ribeye Steak ( my favorite) I can say that was the worse steak I have ever had. No flavor, meat was gray, no sear tasted almost like it was boiled!

I have dined at this location 3 different times. It has always been an impressive “experience”. This visit was to treat a longtime friend who was hotel chef back in the day. She was so excited to dine here. There was only one damper on our dining experience.... with a little miscommunication in the kitchen our meal was delayed in preparation and our wait was quite long for our main course. We were each accommodated with a single shrimp cocktail. All of the food was amazing as it has been with every visit. The service was great outside of that little hiccup. Things happen, it was just a little disappointing when treating my friend. I will still dine here.

Almost a perfect meal, I've eaten at Ramsey's Burger in Vegas and honestly wasn't impressed. I was nervous about going here because of that and the fact that Caesar's pays these celebrities basically for their name on these restaurants. Guy Fieri's restaurant at Harrah's in Laughlin is hit or miss too. Overall this was an excellent experience. The bread and salad were delicious. The scallop risotto was good, but smaller scallops than my husband received and one of them was overcooked. Some of the risotto was a little crunchy too. The beef Wellington was cooked perfectly and exceptional. The carrots served along side of the potato puree were yummy too. The dessert was also pretty amazing and the ice cream served like a butter stick was a cute touch. Service was pretty spot on and the ambiance was inviting, but nothing too impressive.

The only issue I had was there was on every small bit of citrus in my arugula & citrus salad. One of our wellingtons came out OVERDONE, The wait staff offered to replace it however I was actually too full at that point . They did give us an anniversary lobster tail and took care of our bottle of wine EVERYONE messed up, the trick is how do you fix it ? The staff here REALLY did a great job of doing just that. We will be back...next time I'm good with just getting the scallop risotto (which I never liked scallops till this) and the sticky toffee pudding with brown butter ice cream....I would die a happy lady!!!!
