I came to this IHOP location around 1:30am and they were a bit busy. We were greeted by our server who wore the expression that she didn't care about anything and that's putting it mildly. It's late, you're a bit busy dealing with the late night crowd. I get that aspect of it. The staff could be heard complaining from the dining room. I ordered my usual T-Bone steak and eggs. After just observing the apathetic attitude of my waitress I didn't expect much but i was so hungry and the birthday girl chose to go to IHOP so I was committed. I received the most well done steak i had ever been served. It was extra charred like the cook put a heavy skillet on the steak too cook it faster. All the juice was gone. I was so hungry I didn't care at first until I was about halfway through and my friend began to comment on my steak and it being fully devoid of life. The waitress didn't come back after the food was dropped until I had to get up and go to the door to the kitchen to find her for some refills and some more hollandnaise sauce. Since I had already eaten half the steak, I couldn't rightfully complain but I asked her to tell the cook to not cook it so much. She rolled her eyes and went back to the kitchen. Fast forward to the bill. She charged two of us wrong. Simple mistake switching the drinks. She said someone else rang up her table and that's why it was messed up. She also said she got allot of tables at once so she was very busy. It happens but it didn't seem all that busy to me. She was with another server and lots of staff. So I wasn't buying it. She fixed the birthday girl and my check but the birthday girl's sister was charged an extra $13. Needless to say the mood was set when we walked in the door. After jumping through some hoops and meeting the manager, I think, the checks were resolved and we left. Overall it was a very bad experience and IHOP usually does me right. I won't get this location ever again

Yeah this place not it. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Server “transferred” us and never told the next server we were even there. Then proceeds to say he was going to shoot the other server and left. So no thanks.

My review wont be necessary because this place wont be open too much longer. We stopped in the other day around dinner time and found that we were the only customers in the entire place. The ambient overhead music was turned off, it was muggy because their A/C unit is clearly underpowered and our food (both dishes came off their 55+ menu) took 35 minutes to get to us and was delivered warm at best.

This is my favorite IHOP in the area. We come late at night, or Sunday morning the service is always great.

Whoa…dinner and a show! I don’t know where to start. When we walked in, the place smelled like sewage. While seated, the table behind us had a server who kept saying racial slurs—I’ll put it politely. After taking our order, our server went to a nearby booth to sit down. She blared music from her phone and other employees began to congratulate, while tables stayed filthy all around. A table of 4 waited several minutes to be sat…all because our server was yelling at other staff members to clean the table so those people could be sat. Mind you — there are clean tables right next to them. Our server repeatedly said ‘God damn’ when scolding her fellow coworker. Even still, we were going to try to make it through this meal. The final straw was when we looked over and our server was rubbing her bare foot. She continued to do this off and on as she did other tasks in between. Please see the photo - I have a video.
So, what’s worse? The racist remarks, the loud music, the foul smell in the air, or the absolute disgusting behavior displayed in front of guests? Either way it’s a sensory overload from hell and we left before our food even made it to the table because if it was THAT ROUGH out front, I couldn’t bare to think how bad it was in the back.
We went straight to an iHop a few miles away and had a much more pleasant experience. I suggest you just save yourself the trouble and go to that one.
