I went there at night after them gym and I got the protein pancakes with my friends. The server came out and told us that they’d have to double check if they had enough protein batter and they were so nice and let us know that they were gonna make some fresh for us. The manager came out and was so friendly. His name was Kevin and he even cracked jokes with us at the table and got us all refills. It was nice to see a manager who was so friendly and welcoming.

Short of help like everyone but the waiter got to me eventually. Only thing I was disappointed in was for a IHop that moved into an existing building, they did not bother to remodel it very much. Looked old and restroom needed serviced.
Had a basic 2 eggs, hashbrown,& bacon. Whites on eggs were a little under cooked, bacon was blah. Hashbrowns were excellent and coffee ☕️ ?. Service was very good.
I went with friends and met for a late breakfast. This location is fairly new so wanted to try it. Service was exceptional for an IHOP , he was very attentive and nice. Got all our food out at the same time which was a plus. But, I have had better food .... IHOP is IHOP... Over priced for what you get... my has browns were a little dry for $4, their bacon was thin, really thin....my eggs were good, but really, IHOP is known for the pancakes....and we all had pancakes which were great! All in all, a typical IHOP experience, an Over priced breakfast... But I will go again sometime in the future , like I have all my life. The restaurant is handicap accessible and has parking attached and free!

Piss poor service from the African American Lady working. I have been waiting in the booth for 15 minutes. She finally ask for my drink I told her I wanted a splash berry… (orange juice,sprite,strawberry’s) she brings me out something not that….. I told her I knew what I wanted she did not take my order at all. Sitting in a booth for this long and no drink or explanation for anything.

Amazing location , The Service was great and the food was Amazing ! But the shock was when the bill came for two and breakfast was a bit pricey , unreal costs of two cups of coffee! Would go again but no coffee next time . Then it defeats the purpose of going , no coffee not a breakfast
