Food was your typical bar food. Our server was awesome! On top of drinks and orders. My dad ordered the honey bbq chicken Mac and it was very spicy when it arrived. Then they brought him Buffalo Chicken Mac back thinking he ordered the wrong thing. Finally fixed it with no sauce on the chicken. Not sure where communication broke down there. Good place for family to meet as there were lots of different options.

I visited Jefferson's Wings, Burgers, and Oysters on a Saturday night, March 16, 2024, with the intention of enjoying some drinks and appetizers, particularly the oysters. However, upon arrival at 9:00 p.m., I was disappointed to find the restaurant closed with a sign on the door. ? This was not the first time I had encountered this situation. So many things in town especially being close to downtown. ?

Cafeteria / Sports Bar in a quaint building in North KC. Servers were very attentive without being intrusive. Oysters & fried pickles were delicious, Fish basket & Brunch Burger were wonderful. The Shrimp baskets were good, though the hush puppies were few and a little undercooked. When the bartender had to make a substitution on a mixed drink, he came over to ensure it was good.

First time there and will define be back. Best fried mushrooms I've had in a long time. All the food was fresh and great portions. Our server was amazing, and all the staff appeared to be pleasant as well. There are many more things I want to try on the menu. We really wanted to like this place, based on the majority of the reviews. Son just moved to the area and we were at his place so decided to give it a try. Ordered on-line for pick up at 5, food seems to have been ready way before that. I must say that if I would have known carry-out was in styrofoam containers, we would have passed. Order single burger, double burger (both with fries) and 5 piece wings. The meat of the burgers itself was good, can't speak for the bun as it could not be eaten it was so soggy. We really wanted to like the crinkle cut fries, you don't find those much anymore.....but due to the styrofoam container, they were soggy and not edible. The wings, the sauce was good went with turbo, wish I would have gotten turbocharged. Like everything else, the wings were soggy, other than that we were able to eat them. Wish the carry-out was served in different containers, most wing places do not use styrofoam. Most places we use also do not use styrofoam for any of their meals - due to the damage that it causes to the final product. I will mention we were only 5 minutes from Jefferson's so it was not due to the travel time. I think the main factor was styrofoam and that the order was ready well before the scheduled pickup time.I will say based on the few items we could eat, some day we will try it again - but opt to eat in versus carry out. It will just be awhile before we have it again.

WOW ! Service is UNMATCHED ! first of all if you come here and have the chance to sit with Peyton TAKE IT. His service is AMAZING! We came to eat for the first time after my great grandmothers funeral. So not necessarily a joyous occasion but Peyton made it a wonderful time. We had several modifications to our party and our order and he honored EVERY last one with a smile on his face. He never said no. He also gave excellent and honest recommendations. He shows true passion to serve others and make their time at Jefferson’s well worth it. I’m sure all the rest of the team is great but man oh man Peyton’s service was just a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much. By the way I’m writing this from the table because I am so bad at remembering to leave reviews but I wanted to make SURE I hit this sent. To the management please make sure you recognize him for going above and beyond. The food was excellent as well and all of our orders were accurate. We also live 40+ minutes away and certainly plan to return and tell our friends!
