Never had problems before, paid with cash selecting cash for delivery payment, but twice now they've called and said pay with card and when i mention I selected cash they lie and tell me they're canceling order and can't deliver it anymore

Just had a sandwich delivered. Most of it went in the trash. Bread was very obviously old. The entire bottom was hard. Looked like my 1 year old put the thing together.
We order from them pretty regularly at my work, very disappointing.
Also, do not support Uber eats, who they apparently use for deliveries. Won’t be ordering from here again

Old lady acted like I bothered her by saying thank you when she gave me my order.

Never coming back, these people need training on how not to be rude as hell

Nothing about this place is freaky fast. It's a freaky fail. Hard to find parking and don't trust them with an order of 10, then an order of 1, then an order of 7. Pay after you get your sandwich, or get held over a barrel. Disgraceful.

Parking: In the back and relatively useless. God help you if you have mobility issues.

Let me start of by saying I never leave reviews. As a long time JJ's fan I am extremely unsatisfied with how this branch is run. First off the workers are extremely slow and can't even read an online order correctly. There's multiple missing items on my sandwich I ordered online like onions, cheese, and oregano. And to top it all off why is there cubed ice (supposed to be crushed) in the soda machine and the ice was almost completely gone at 1130am. Extremely disappointed and the owner of this franchise really needs to revaluate how they run this place. What a disgrace.

Placed an online order for 30 third sandwiches. Ordering was easy. Order was ready when it was supposed to be. Everyone smiled at me when I walked in and the woman that packed my order let me know she included the mustard packets in the bag. Thanks for making it easy!

The food prep slash cash register stafff was using the same gloves preparing food while using the POS system. I informed him that he must change gloves since he jumps from one task to another. The time I asked for a tuna club was around 3pm, April 27th, 2024. He looked mad and to prevent cross- continuation i told him to throw my sandwich and make a new one. Food is good, but staff need retraining on food safety and get the place cleaned up to standard and also clean that filthy restroom if this business can thrive in the Northland
