last 2 times I've been there a girl there has been very rude. 1st time I felt like I was inconveniencing her because she had to take an order instead of cleaning the windows of her own minivan parked in front of the store (which she was doing). Then yesterday she was rude again to my wife and I. not sure what's going on, but I guess I should apologize to her for ordering sandwiches in a sandwich shop. The guy she passed us off to was very nice, just hard to keep wanting to support the place with bad service.please do something about the overwhelming sewer gas smell in there. its getting worse....or maybe I've evolved to smelling peoples attitudes?¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love Jimmy John’s, but the last couple times I’ve been in the lady working has just been so rude. Came in today and was told I couldn’t have light mayo on my sandwich and she would give me packets, that’s fine. Then was told they couldn’t add pickles to my sandwich either, and I’d have to order a different sandwich if I wanted pickles, also fine. They forgot my mayo packets, also fine. What was not fine was the attitude and rudeness of the lady working! Every time I come I feel like I am the biggest inconvenience. She asks us what we want and before it’s even rung in she starts making it before I’m even finished ordering. Which in turn leaves her frustrated when I ask to modify the sandwich. The lady always seems angry and miserable. The gentleman who was ringing me up was kind though, I felt bad for him because I think the lady could be his boss. She’s a shorter older lady, dirty blonde hair, and was wearing a purple jacket. She should not be in customer service.

Used to be my go-to for a quick lunch near work, but not so much lately. The last couple of times I ordered delivery it took nearly an hour to get my order, to an address that is a couple of blocks away. I could overlook this for the convenience of not needing to do anything other than wait for my food to show up, but my last 2 orders have been wrong. I'm vegetarian and received the wrong sandwich, with meat on it. Called to ask for a refund and was told I would be credited, I have yet to see any credit reflected in my account. Today I again tried to order a veggie sandwich, walked over to pick it up, and got back to my office to eat and there were pieces of turkey in my "veggie" sandwich. Won't be going back to this location again.

It’s hard to park out front of the restaurant during high traffic hours but they used to conveniently have a back door next to a lot. However, they now lock that door and when I called to ask, the worker was extremely rude and hung up. I would not recommend using this jimmy johns—drive a little farther to avoid.

I order a sandwich and I canceled my order because I waited over 2 hours and never got it and no call. This was the second time I put in an order here that took forever to arrive.

Well ordered online while at work to pick up between 1645 and 1700. Got off work and got a phone call, from the general manager stating they were closing at 1630 today. What on earth. I mean I have been craving a a JJ sandwich. And they closed another location that is closer to me. Are we really that bad that we are closing restaurants at 1630. Not even dinner hour yet.

Literally the slowest JJs on Earth. Waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous, the employees obviously hate their lives and the consistent slow service is no longer worth wasting my time at this location.

Place an order at 1058 to be pick up at 1145 came to the store and there only one employee who was rude and yelling that she hasn’t been able to start on my order not even a phone call or text to lmk my order it’s delay I understand if there only one person working but the attitude if she could of told me like it’s going to be longer no problem I can wait but she was making excuse like is she didn’t want to make the order

The person at the register asked me the same question five times. There were about ten employees and only two seemed to working. Delivery orders were taking presidents over the customers in the store. Not freaky fast. And poor attitudes.

Food - fresh, tasty, light. I ordered the VITO but with mayonnaise. So, so, good. I always loved their unwich options too especially if you're trying to lay off the carbs. Service - friendly, fast. Didn't stand in line too long. And my sandwich came out not even 5 mins after I ordered. Parking - Street parking gets backed (during rush hour) up so you might need to park by First Watch.

I love Jimmy John's the bread, especially is exceptional and kind of chewy on the outside. They're always clean neat and courteous and do give you a good value for your money. The only place I would not go is Subway on Antioch. It is horrible. We had a horrible experience there, but keep it up Jimmy John's

This Jimmy John's is clean and fast. On my last visit everyone was very friendly and helpful.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian sandwich. I haven't tried this sandwich.Parking: There is parking in the front and around back.
