This app is so crazy I've done uninstall reinstalled but still says I have to wait 15 mins before used now wait 15 mins still can't used I'm so over this

They put 4 self service ordering machines in and just about ignore you standing at the register. Order a couple sandwiches and a couple drinks and there is no public drink machine so have to wait and ask for a refill. The remodel is tan and gray, just looks drab.

Just like most other McDonalds', in recent times, there's nobody to take an order at the counter, cause they wanna hide and socialize in the back.. But there being no menu to view in the lobby is a new one to Mr. All McDonalds' do not have all the same items in all stores nation/global stores.

I have not been to a McDonald's in years, but last November we brought our kids up to say goodbye to their grandpa at the NKC hospital. We decided to brighten their day by getting them Happy Meals before our long drive home. The kids still talk about those Happy Meals to this day. The gentleman who took our order and brought us our food was incredibly friendly and gracious, and he was excited that our kids were trying their first McDonald's. His kindness will not be forgotten. The location was very clean, the food was good, and everyone was very nice. Thank you for being a bright spot during a devastating time for our family.

Horrible employees closed the store at 8pm and when we showed up to pick our online order they refused to make to the food and refused to give us a refund claiming they were closed and wouldn’t give a reason why they were closed and then proceeded to tell us we were lazy because they didn’t want to do their job
