I really enjoyed myself. It’s Saturday afternoon and a really kool vibe. Customer service was awesome from the very start entering the restaurant until leaving. I’ll be back tomorrow for the Chiefs game. My server was McKenzie and there was a David who ran the food. He went beyond the call of duty and made sure I had all that I needed. It was my first time and won’t be the last. I did not feel any racist vibes. Just good eating and kool conversation. My new pizza spot🥰

The apple walnut salad was so spicy that we couldn't even eat it! Nowhere on the menu does it say spicy dressing. When we asked about it, the staff said it was a honey mustard and herb dressing, and that was why it was spicy....doesn't sound spicy to me.

Cruised in here with my two young boys who requested !!Pizza!! It was a Sunday afternoon and this particular location was not very busy (good for us). We were seated quickly and service was great! Food came out quick as well and everything was delicious!! Will probably add this location to our "family friendly" list and make plans to try again soon!.

My boyfriend and I came to KC for a concert and stayed at a hotel near here. The front desk clerk gave us a coupon for OC and we decided to try it before heading out for the evening. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch pizza, he had a soft drink, and I got what I believe is their version of a long island? I should've snapped a picture of the menu. The drink was alright, tasted mostly of mixer. It was happy hour though. The pizza was good, albeit a bit sparse on toppings. We liked the crust, a typical pan, and the flavors of the topping combo. It was just a little dry. Our waitress was sweet. Prices weren't bad, but I'm glad we had a coupon. Overall it was a decent experience.

We had a fantastic experience at Old Chicago! We ordered a large pizza with light sauce and three drinks, and our server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly kind and attentive, always keeping our drinks full and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The level of service truly made our visit special. It was clear the staff did everything they could to ensure we had a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
