Picked up a to-go order in bartender and waitress was nice and fast with giving me my order. Food is always good here and the tenderloin is worth getting

Fantastic place and friendly people and they are following all of the covid-19 guidelines

I want to like this place but it’s hard when the cocktails are way below average and the service is even more so. It takes FOREVER to be served and that’s after you hunt the server down. Very tiring trying to enjoy the evening. The food I’ve had on a previous visit was tasty. The bands they hire are usually very good , prepare a cover charge. This particular evening was 7.00.

Patio needs a smokers section. The last three times we have been there the smokers ruin it for us. I understand their right to smoke, but you can’t smoke at Arrowhead so why at Pau and Jacks? We enjoy the outdoor setting and live bands, but smokers ruin it for us. Management needs to do something.
