This pizza had the potential of being the best I've ever had with it's perfect crispy yet foldable crust, and amazing toppings, BUT, was sooo disappointing for lack of any visible mozzarella cheese. I think there might have been a trace, but was so thin it looked clear. What a shame, I'll always remember that crust, and perfect thin sliced sausage, peppers, and onions.
