First time there. The coffee its ok but i didn't get what I order. I will say it's over price coffee.

I love scooters but this location can never make my drink right. I always get a blender with espresso and I also add espresso so I know what the consistency should look like/taste. It makes me sad to spend so much on a drink and it not be what I want.

I always get a Frappuccino blended. What I like most is that they use espresso as a base versus coffee. Gives it a much better taste

We asked for a blended Caramelicious, but it came out completely watery with no frozen texture at all. We also had to repeat our order three times and specifically said no whipped cream, but our drinks still came with whipped cream. Disappointed with the attention to detail.
