The food was ok. I asked for extra of flavors and didn't get it. The wait for food/drinks at this location is ridiculous. I use my entire lunch break to get food. One thing I like here is the service. The people who work here are awesome. They are friendly and are working their behinds off!

Every single time I order here they mess my food up. They can't ever seem to get the chili cheese tots right; either barely any cheese, barely any chili, and/or the tray is barely filled up.We figured we'd go ahead and try the new peanut butter burger just to try it. Too bad we didn't get the chance to, because we paid for the peanut butter burger but all we got was a regular plain bacon cheeseburger, with the bacon being extremely burnt. I like crispy bacon but getting BLACK bacon on your sandwich is a little ridiculous.This location either needs to shut down, or they need to fire the staff working there. Because clearly none of them know how to do their jobs.Also, don't bother ordering on Doordash because when they inevitably mess your order up, you'll have to contact Doordash specifically to get a refund days later.

The service was quick and friendly but the breakfast burrito was about half the size of what it used to be.

This Sonic location has always served decent food. I ordered online on Tuesday after 5pm to take advantage of the 1/2 price burgers. I'm giving 2 stars because the food was prepared exactly as ordered. When I got home and plated the burgers I discovered that the burgers were burnt to a crisp around the edge of the meat. Even one of the buns had a big burn mark across it. The meat tasted "off" and I don't know if it was because it was burnt or because it had been taken off the grill and back on again in an attempt to use it later as orders come in. Either way, the meat was not fresh. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years and it will probably be another 20 before I go back. It's sad really, because I have always loved Sonic. Unfortunately the food at this location has continued to go downhill over the past few years.

Went there for lunch Friday 10/20/2023. Was told at the drive thru that they were not taking orders @ this time unless I had called ahead w/ door dash? What? It is 12:45 on a Friday afternoon. They had previously burned food & gave me someone's else's order the last couple of times I had been there & hadn't been back for awhile. But after Friday, I WILL NOT ever go back to this location again. Terrible customer service all the way around!

Such horrible service. We ordered one small vanilla milkshake and one medium caramel banana milkshake. We got two small vanilla shakes with no straws and the girl slammed the window and walked away. We had to wait like 5 minutes for her to come back and when we explained the mistake she was so upset, she just stared at us and grabbed the incorrect shake back. Less than 30 seconds later she comes back with a vanilla shake that she added caramel to. I’m a GM in the retail industry, and if this was my employee they would be written up, most respectfully.

Pulled up and tried to order waited and waited then finally some came out and said they weren’t taking orders right now? I know people don’t have control of technology but let your customers know don’t make them sit and wait.
