PORK JERKY
Moo dad deaw, which translates to "sun-dried pork", is a traditional Thai appetizer or street food of seasoned pork strips that are marinated, sun-dried, and then deep-fried or grilled until golden brown and crispy. Once you start eating it you cant stop eating this!
Beef jerky
A Laotian style of beef jerky made from a lean cut of beef fat and tender sliced into long thin strips and seasoned with an array of local spices. Serve with tiger sauce. This is very hard to find but for those who have a hard time chewing its not recommended .

I tried the lasak curry seafood noodle soup with an order of pineapple fried rice. The soup was fragrant and comforting, with noodles, seafood, and curry broth that had just the right amount of spice. The pineapple fried rice was light and flavorful, with a nice touch of sweetness from the fruit. The staff were attentive and the environment felt casual but inviting. It was a meal that left me full and happy.

The Pork gave me an upset stomach. Restaurant very accommodating with diet concerns. Didn't care for the Crab Ragoon ! Taste was good but I think I'll stick with the shrimp. I will order again to see how that goes. Otherwise I'll continue to travel 20 minutes out of my way to the best shrimp fried rice and rice shrimp noodle restaurant Ever !

Looking on from the outside you wouldn't know a great Asian restaurant is inside. The interior is quaint with nice booths for couples or small groups. But get to the food and oh my! You will be dreaming of it for days to come. Always great quality and always great taste. Definitely my favorite Asian restaurant north of the river. Highly recommend you go see for yourself.
