Food was good, service behind the counter was good. It was freezing cold in the eating area. My elderly mom had to use the restroom, and we were told they lost the key. So my husband asked about the men's restroom, and we were told they lost that key too (same key).We are traveling through KC, and so it was quite an inconvenience.

The subway, located on armor 210 highway, was much better than the last subway I went to. The young lady behind the counter was busy doing some call in orders but she was very pleasant and polite and let us know it would be a few moments before she could take our order. Once she took her order she was quick and efficient in getting us taken care of. The sandwiches were made properly and they were not messy. I would definitely recommend this particular Subway location to others.

Tried the Beast today..i got a footlong lots of meat and double cheese...so good. So full I can only eat half.
Val was awesome. Even reminded me of a $2 off foot long when adding chips. Nice. Thank you and be back again before we go back home.

Although we really prefer Mr Good cents or Jimmy John's for our subs here in North Kansas City, we got a coupon in the mail for buy 2 -8 in I think $12, when I started my order, the young lady said oh no, you can't order off of that menu you have to order office piece of paper typed out and typed on the inside of the server glass. I asked her what the difference was and she said it's because I have a coupon I said are these sandwiches the same size and contents on this menu then it is on your main menu she said oh yes that's different I said is it smaller she said no, it's the same length but there's less on it! And Boy, was there less on it three little pieces of ham , three little piece of the turkey. A whole lotta lettuce, The spinach bowl was completely empty with dried spinach and the bottom of it. I've got some pepperoncini peppers and three slices of tomato, it was the worst deli sandwich I have ever put in my mouth, my wife concurred. So back to Mr Good, since you can feel the weight of those sandwiches you always get a good value. Some food, service owners and establishments must think that Americans are just stupid.-----well we're not!!!!!!

The interior is your typical Subway. Prices have definitely gone up! Especially for the basic sandwiches like the Cold Cut and Turkey sandwich. I only go if I have coupons now. If you have any of the coupons I recommend. Especially since as I said, "The same basic sandwiches they've made for years". Just been adding fancier names with high prices.....?
