Bad service. Extremely rude employees. Food was cold and the fries were cold and chewy like they had been sitting out for awhile .the burritos were mostly tortilla. No sauce even when asked for twice . Haven’t been to this location in years and tried to give it a chance tonight and instantly regret it.

I've been to this location several times as I drive with Uber. Every single time I have ordered through the app my food comes out hot fresh and correct. It's extremely refreshing to see everyone in there in such good moods all over the time, they seem to really like their job. Even on a day during the summer when they had no air conditioning in the festival, they were all in good moods and the food was still coming out fresh hot and amazing. I will definitely recommend this as the top Taco Bell and all of Kansas City. I've talked to the manager a few times and she is always so pleasant. Her entire staff is amazing and I think that she knows that and she should know that she's doing a wonderful job.

I had the Gordita Crunch taco and a side of nachos and cheese.
The Gordita Crunch taco is easily one of Taco Bells best dishes, soft tortilla on the outside and a crunchy hardshell on the inside. I ordered steak with this one as I did in Foristell and just like the one in Foristell, it was fantastic.
The Nachos were also good, crunchy with a creamy cheese to dip them in.
Another great meal, Taco Bell. Well done.

Worst Taco Bell, couldn't rate the food cause I never got it. They refused to make the food. Didn't think that was actually possible seeing as that's the whole reason their doors are open. ??♀️ I recommend anything other than Taco Bell.
Can't beat the $5.99 build your own meal in the app. Just have to make sure and ask for your food every few, minutes because when you p order for in store they don't call your name

soft potato taco and cheesy been and rice burrito are tasty but they hiked the prices on it. use to be only a dollar. now it’s almost 1.50. the drink is always more ice then soda.
