Clean store, with the most friendly staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. It took a little while for the food, but the communication was excellent.

Definitely a lower tier taco bell in the metro. They routinely skip customization on app orders and also have very poor handling/food construction. These pictures were at 2pm, not a busy time of day. This is typical. The Taco Bell on Independence Ave and the one on Prospect are way better, and the staff there have way less disgruntled energy.
If you are eating here I recommend the lobby so you can double check your order before leaving.

I was looking forward to drinking some Baja Blast, I ordered 2 larges. I ended up getting 1 small Baja Zero sugar. It beats Pibwasser, but I think I'd rather stick to that then drink Baja Zero. Also shouts out to the Dasher who kept my other Small Zero Sugar Baha Waste of money. 3 stars.

Horrible, put all of our meals in one big bag on separate orders. Maybe the girl at the window was new, I don't know, all I know is she didn't say thank you come again or anything, handed us a bag and shut the window on us promptly. We were also rushed at the window. The girl said, let me know when your ready, the manager came right behind her asking did we know what we wanted, in less than a minute. I asked for a Taco Bell Grande, with everything on the side, this is what I received, smh, and it was skimpy as you can see.Called the manager about it and he said this is the way they make it. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I love how the whole team is special needs. They may get your order wrong. But it's amazing how everyone of them are special needs. Props to you tacobell.

This taco bell is usually the worst to order from especially door dash. The order is never right no matter how many times I've ordered and it's expensive for absolutely no reason.
